Many of you have been asking how to remain yourselves while the landscape changes.
We would offer a gentle correction.
You are not being asked to remain the same.
You are being invited to become more fully yourself.
There is a difference.
The human self often believes transformation means becoming someone new. It imagines growth as the acquisition of something it does not yet possess. Yet what is occurring now is not the addition of something foreign to you. It is the remembrance of what has always been present beneath the layers of conditioning, programming, fear, expectation, and identity.
As the landscape changes around you, more of your divine essence is moving into the forefront of your awareness.
You are not becoming your higher self.
You are becoming aware of your higher self.
You are not creating your divine nature.
You are allowing it.
This shift opens doors that have always existed.
Many of you think of time as a sequence of events moving from past to future. Yet from a broader perspective, there are countless expressions of your consciousness existing simultaneously. The versions of yourself you think of as past, present, and future are not as separate as they appear.
As acceptance deepens, communication deepens.
As resistance softens, perception expands.
As self-judgment relaxes, new pathways of awareness become available.
You begin receiving insights, wisdom, sensations, dreams, and understandings that seem to arrive from nowhere. Yet they are not arriving from nowhere. They are emerging from aspects of yourself that have always been present, waiting for recognition.
This is one reason the landscape must change.
Old structures cannot support expanded awareness indefinitely.
Old identities cannot contain new frequencies of being.
Old foundations that were built upon fear, separation, limitation, and inherited beliefs eventually begin to crumble—not as punishment, but as preparation.
The clearing is not the problem.
The clearing is creating space.
Many of you are witnessing this externally in your communities, your relationships, your careers, your physical bodies, and your understanding of reality itself.
The same process is occurring internally.
The landscape is being reseeded.
New possibilities require new soil.
And so we invite you to stop asking, “How do I get back to normal?”
Instead ask:
“What is emerging now that could not emerge before?”
“What becomes possible when I stop resisting the change?”
“What part of me is asking to be seen?”
For many, the answer will arrive through the ego.
This may surprise you.
You have been taught to silence the ego, transcend the ego, defeat the ego, and distrust the ego.
Yet the ego is not your enemy. The ego is information.
Pay attention to its fears. Pay attention to its judgments. Pay attention to its reactions.
Not because they are always true, but because they reveal where awareness is seeking to enter.
Every thought, every feeling, every reaction, can become a doorway.
Nothing is wasted when it is met with awareness.
As you acknowledge what arises rather than pushing it away, new neural pathways form. New perceptions emerge. New relationships with yourself become possible.
This is grace in motion.
Not the absence of challenge. Not the absence of uncertainty.
But the willingness to meet what arises with presence rather than resistance.
You are here because you chose to be here.
You are participating in a transformation far greater than the personality can fully understand.
The ego will offer opinions about the significance of your role.
Listen.
Not because the ego is the final authority, but because its opinions reveal what remains unhealed, unseen, or unexamined.
Meet those places with curiosity. Meet them with compassion. Meet them with honesty.
Your divine essence is not arriving from somewhere else.
It is coming fully online within your awareness.
For some, this will feel extraordinary.
For others, it will feel as natural as rain.
Trust your experience. Trust what you are noticing. Trust what is being revealed. And above all, trust that the changing landscape is not taking you away from yourself.
It is bringing you home.
ACTIVATION
Take a slow breath.
There is nothing you need to become.
There is nothing you need to fix.
There is nowhere you need to arrive.
Simply bring your awareness to yourself in this moment.
Notice your body.
Notice your thoughts.
Notice your emotions.
Notice the part of you that is aware of all of them.
Now imagine a soft light emerging from the center of your being.
Not descending from above.
Not arriving from somewhere outside of you.
Emerging from within.
Allow this light to expand through your body.
Through every cell.
Through every memory.
Through every version of yourself you have ever known.
The child.
The seeker.
The wounded one.
The healer.
The one who doubted.
The one who knew.
The one you have been.
The one you are becoming.
Allow them all to exist within the same field of awareness.
No separation.
No judgment.
No hierarchy.
Simply presence.
Now imagine this light extending beyond the boundaries of time.
Touching the aspects of yourself that exist beyond your current understanding.
Receiving wisdom.
Offering wisdom.
Receiving grace.
Offering grace.
Allow yourself to recognize that awareness flows in all directions.
You are more connected than you realize.
More supported than you know.
More whole than you have been taught to believe.
Take another breath.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Feel the life moving through you.
Feel the landscape within and around you.
And silently affirm:
I welcome more of my divine essence into conscious awareness.
I trust what is being revealed.
I meet change with curiosity.
I honor every part of myself.
I allow grace to guide what comes next.
Take one final breath.
Know that nothing has been added to you.
Nothing has been given to you.
Nothing has been taken away.
Only more of what has always been true has become available to your awareness.
We walk beside you as you remember. We celebrate each moment of awareness, each act of courage, each choice to meet yourself with greater compassion.
You are loved beyond measure and you are supported beyond what you can currently perceive.
You are part of something far greater than the mind can fully comprehend, yet intimate enough to be felt in a single breath.
Trust the unfolding.
Trust your knowing.
Trust your heart.
And above all, trust the Love from which you came, the Love that sustains you, and the Love that you are.

There is not just one version of you moving through this lifetime.
There are many aspects of you—
all true, all intelligent, all shaped by purpose.
At different moments in life, different aspects step forward.
Not because something has gone wrong,
but because something is needed.
There are versions of you that came here to learn through tenderness.
Versions that came to carry memory—personal, ancestral, collective.
Versions that learned to stay alert, to self-correct quickly,
to take responsibility before anyone else asked.
These aspects are not mistakes.
They are not lower.
They are not signs that you have failed to “rise above.”
They are functional selves, perfectly adapted to the chapters they were asked to live.
And there are other aspects of you too—
the ones who move with more ease,
who hold wider perspective,
who speak calmly and see clearly,
who know how to guide, witness, and steady others.
Many of you have touched these aspects in moments of service,
in creative flow,
in sacred listening,
in holding space for another.
What is changing now is not which self exists—
but who is being invited to stay.
You are not meant to exile the selves that learned through struggle.
You are meant to relieve them of constant duty.
Integration is not ascension away from the human experience.
It is the gentle reorganization of who leads,
and who is finally allowed to rest.
When emotion rises unexpectedly,
when old memories surface without warning,
when self-judgment appears faster than compassion—
this is not regression.
This is a self asking to be seen, thanked,
and reassigned.
You may say, quietly, inwardly:
“I see why you learned this.”
“You don’t have to do this alone anymore.”
“Another part of me can carry us now.”
As you do this, the wiser, steadier aspects do not replace you—
they inhabit you.
Not all at once.
Not dramatically.
But steadily, kindly, in real time.
And as this happens, you may notice that life does not rush you forward.
You may feel quieter.
More inward.
Less certain of the story you are becoming.
Feelings may move through without explanation.
Memories may surface without asking to be solved.
Sensations may rise and fall without meaning attached.
This is not something to fix.
This is what integration feels like
when it is happening in the body, not just the mind.
You are not being asked to understand everything that appears.
You are being asked to stay present long enough
for what has already been lived
to finish moving through.
There is no urgency here.
What needs to resolve will soften
when it is met with patience rather than pressure.
If you find yourself between versions of yourself,
that space is not empty.
It is alive.
Allow what arises to move at its own pace.
Allow the part of you that knows how to integrate
to lead without force.
Nothing needs to be pushed forward.
What is real will remain.
What is finished will release.
And what comes next
will arrive
without being chased.

Many people reach a point in their inner work where nothing feels new anymore.
The same phrases come back.
The same reminders.
The same conscious choices: don’t escalate, soften, make peace.
And it’s easy to wonder, Why am I still here with this? Haven’t I already worked through it?
What’s often happening isn’t stagnation — it’s integration.
Insight tends to feel fresh and illuminating. Integration rarely does. It feels repetitive, ordinary, sometimes even dull. That’s because deeper change doesn’t live in insight alone. It happens in the body, the nervous system, and the automatic reflexes that formed long before conscious choice was available.
Those systems don’t shift because something was understood once.
They shift through repetition.
The question being asked, again and again, is a practical one:
Can you choose differently — again — while tired, disappointed, triggered, or worn down?
Not being at war with yourself isn’t a permanent state you achieve and keep. It’s a practice you return to. Not because something went wrong, but because life keeps touching the same tender places.
And for many people, this can feel especially pronounced at the end of a year.
End-of-cycle time has a way of amplifying whatever hasn’t fully settled yet — not to drag us backward, but to help embed what’s already been learned. It’s less about new insight and more about what has actually landed in the body. Less revelation, more consolidation.
This is often when the work feels quieter and heavier at the same time.
Self-attack, self-judgment, or inner harshness are rarely random habits. They’re usually old, protective responses — learned early and reinforced over time. Interrupting them, even briefly, means pausing something automatic in real time.
That doesn’t feel dramatic.
It feels repetitive.
But repetition doesn’t automatically mean you’re stuck.
There’s an important difference between repeating a pattern unconsciously and repeating a choice consciously. Each time the inner tightening is noticed and not escalated, something subtle shifts — even if it can’t be measured or proven.
At a certain depth, growth stops announcing itself. It becomes quieter, more relational. The question is no longer Can this be resolved? but How do I meet myself here, now, as this arises?
So instead of asking, Why am I still dealing with this?
It can be gentler — and more accurate — to say, Ah. This again. I know how to meet this now.
Not with cheer.
Not with force.
With steadiness.
This isn’t failure.
It’s practice.
And for today, that can be enough.
A Gentle Activation
You might try this once — or not at all.
Pause for a moment.
Place a hand on your chest, or anywhere that feels supportive.
Notice what’s present right now, exactly as it is.
Allow it to be here without fixing or improving it.
Notice that you’re still breathing.
That you’re still here.
If there’s even a small part of you that can appreciate this pause, let that be enough.
Then, softly — silently or out loud — say:
Right now, I choose not to be at war with myself.
Nothing else needs to happen.
No insight. No release. No shift required.
This is how steadiness is practiced —
through acknowledging what’s here, accepting the moment, appreciating the pause, and allowing yourself to return.
At this threshold between cycles, depth looks like returning — again — with a little more steadiness than before.

A 1 year is traditionally described as a beginning — but not a loud one.
True beginnings don’t come from force. They come from space.
What carries forward from a 9 year into a 1 year is not momentum, but integration. We don’t move forward by reinventing ourselves — we move forward by allowing what’s already changed to take root.
This is where non-striving becomes essential.
The 4 A’s: A Gentle Framework for Crossing the Threshold
As this year closes and a new cycle begins, I’ve been sitting with a simple, grounding framework — one that doesn’t demand fixing or self-analysis, but invites presence.
Acknowledge
Name what has been true — without judgment.
What changed? What softened? What fell away?
Acknowledgment is not evaluation; it’s orientation.
Accept
Acceptance doesn’t mean liking or agreeing.
It means releasing resistance to what already is.
This is where energy begins to return.
Appreciate
Appreciation isn’t forced gratitude.
It’s recognizing what carried you — even imperfectly.
It’s noticing resilience without turning it into a requirement.
Allow
Allowing is the bridge into the new cycle.
Not pushing.
Not predicting.
Letting the next step reveal itself through contact with the present moment.
These four movements don’t propel us forward — they clear the ground.
What the 1 Year is asking of us
If the 9 year asked us to release, the 1 year asks something quieter:
to begin without pressure, to move without proving, to act without self-surveillance, to trust small, organic starts.
Beginnings born from rest look different than those born from willpower. They are slower. More relational. More honest. And often, they don’t announce themselves as beginnings at all.
As we cross this threshold, it may help to remember:
You don’t need to know what’s next yet.
You don’t need to be clear.
You don’t need to be “ready.”
If you have acknowledged, accepted, appreciated, and allowed — you have already done the work of this moment.
The new year doesn’t require a new you.
It requires room for what’s already emerging.
And that, too, is a beginning.
A Micro-Activation for the Threshold
If it feels right, pause for a moment.
You don’t need to close your eyes.
You don’t need to change your breath.
Just notice that you are here.
If it feels comforting, place one hand over your heart or chest
and gently pat or rest your hand there —
not to soothe something away,
but simply to make contact.
Then, silently or aloud, let these words move through you:
I acknowledge what this year has loosened.
(No inventory needed — let your body answer.)
I accept where I am standing now.
(Not as a conclusion, but as a location.)
I appreciate what has carried me — even imperfectly.
(You don’t have to name it.)
I allow what comes next to arrive in its own timing.
Take one slow breath.
Not to bring anything in.
Not to release anything out.
Just a breath that marks a crossing.
There is nothing to prepare for.
Nothing to solve.
Nothing to be ready for.
This moment is enough.
When you feel complete, simply continue with your day —
carrying less, trusting more,
allowing the new cycle to meet you where you already are.

Moving from a 9 year to a 1 year
by Valerie Sargent | Dec 9, 2025
The last 36 hours have been… a lot.
Not in the dramatic sense, but in the human sense — the kind where your emotions sit closer to the surface, your body feels more reactive than usual, and the simplest things somehow feel heavier than they should.
If you’ve been feeling that too, you’re not imagining it.
We’ve been moving through a potent combination of solar flare activity, shifting collective energy, and some very real astrological pressure points. When that happens, it tends to push old fears, old patterns, and old stories right up to the surface.
For me, it showed up as a sudden wave of discomfort in my own body, moments of panic that came out of nowhere, restless dreams with symbols I didn’t understand at first, and that familiar pull toward “something must be wrong with me.” You know that place — the one that feels disproportionate to the moment you’re actually in.
But here’s the truth that finally came into focus today:
None of this is a sign that you’re unraveling.
It’s a sign that your system is recalibrating.
As the collective field shifts, our internal landscape shifts too. Sometimes it feels like pressure. Sometimes it feels like panic. Sometimes it feels like “I don’t know what’s happening, but it’s loud.”
And sometimes — like today — the message that comes through is surprisingly simple.
This morning I pulled two cards:
Allow and Strength.
Not strength in the “grit your teeth and power through” way.
Strength in the soft way — the quiet kind that sits underneath everything.
The strength to feel without collapsing.
The strength to pause instead of spiral.
The strength to allow whatever is moving through without assuming it defines you.
Because the truth is, when the emotional waters get stirred by cosmic weather, we can either fight the waves or let them move around us. Fighting exhausts us. Allowing recalibrates us.
If you’re feeling tender, reactive, overwhelmed, or just off…
you’re not broken.
You’re not “doing life wrong.”
You’re simply moving through an energetic pressure system that’s asking you to loosen your grip a little.
So today, I’m choosing the quiet kind of strength — the kind that doesn’t require perfection or clarity. The kind that lets me be human while everything recalibrates.
And maybe that’s the invitation for all of us right now:
Allow what’s rising.
Strengthen what’s steady.
And give yourself permission to be exactly where you are — without turning it into a verdict.
We’re moving through this together.
