I came across a phrase recently that made me stop mid-scroll:
“What am I training my brain to do right now?”
It wasn’t dramatic or flashy.
It just stopped me.
And once it did, I realized something that felt both uncomfortable and oddly relieving:
a lot of what we experience on repeat isn’t necessarily happening to us — it’s what our attention has been practicing.
Over time, often without realizing it, we can train our minds to scan for what’s wrong. Not only in the world, but internally. Subtle. Persistent. Familiar.
Nothing big.
Nothing that needs fixing or explaining.
Just a habit of attention.
And once I saw that, I couldn’t unsee it.
Attention is a training ground
Our brains — and our nervous systems — learn through repetition, not intention.
Whatever we return to again and again becomes the default pathway.
Not because it’s true.
But because it’s familiar.
Awareness matters. Growth often asks us to actually feel things, not skip over them. Old patterns need to be seen in order to loosen.
But I’ve also come to understand this: awareness isn’t the end of the process.
What really matters is what happens after the noticing.
If attention stays locked on what’s wrong, the nervous system stays on alert — even when there’s nothing that needs fixing.
So this isn’t about denying experience, forcing positivity, or bypassing discomfort.
It’s about recognizing when an old pattern has done its job — and allowing the system to learn something new.
Awareness can open the door.
Regulation is what lets us walk through it.
A small but deliberate shift
Instead of trying to change my thoughts, I’ve been practicing something much simpler.
When I notice myself scanning — internally or externally — I pause and ask:
What am I training my brain to do right now?
That one question creates just enough space to choose again.
Sometimes the choice is:
-
staying with neutral observation instead of interpretation
-
letting attention land on what’s steady or functional
-
reminding myself that this moment isn’t the whole story
Nothing dramatic.
Nothing performative.
Just a quiet reorientation.
Why I’m sharing this
If that phrase stopped me, I have a feeling it may stop others too.
Many of us are unintentionally rehearsing versions of ourselves we’ve already outgrown — not because they’re accurate, but because they’re familiar.
This isn’t about self-improvement.
It’s about self-relationship.
About noticing when attention has become harsh.
And gently retraining it toward steadiness instead.
A simple retraining practice
If you’d like something practical, here’s a small way to begin:
-
Notice
Catch the moment you’re scanning or judging, and pause.
-
Name
Silently ask: What am I training my brain to do right now?
-
Redirect (without arguing)
Choose one:
-
Repeat once — not endlessly
You don’t need to rehearse it. Noticing is enough.
Retraining doesn’t happen through force.
It happens through repetition paired with gentleness.
A closing invitation
You might try asking yourself this once or twice a day — not constantly:
What am I training my brain to focus on right now?
Not to judge the answer.
Just to notice it.
Sometimes that moment of awareness is the beginning of a new pattern —
one rooted not in vigilance, but in safety.
And that, in itself, is a form of care.

October carries this energy of ascent. You are moving higher in subtle spirals, each turn lifting you into a clearer view, even if it feels as though you are circling familiar ground. This is not repetition — it is refinement. September cracked something open, inviting both initiation and release, and now October is the time to weave those threads into a higher pattern.
The spiral asks for trust. You may not see the full horizon yet, but you are being guided step by step, layer by layer, into new alignment. What feels delayed or just out of reach is not being withheld from you — it is ripening. Freedom, love, and fulfillment are in motion, rising on currents you may not yet recognize.
This month, allow yourself to pause in the upward turns, to breathe, to notice the light filtering in through unexpected places. Each pause is a chance to integrate, to receive nourishment, to gather strength for the next rise. You are not circling aimlessly. You are ascending.
And for some, this spiral has shown up as deep personal intensity. For others, it has unfolded through loved ones, friends, or the collective itself. Both are part of the same movement. Some are walking through the fire, others are holding the space around them — and both are essential. Every role, every experience, is a piece of the puzzle. The whole cannot rise without each part finding its place.
And as we move through October, you may feel this spiral in your body — a mix of expansion and contraction, lightness and pressure, the sense of circling back even as you rise higher. Trust these sensations. They are evidence of integration, not regression. Allow the breath to be your anchor: in through the heart, out through the bones. Each inhale gathers the wisdom of what has been, each exhale releases what no longer belongs, and together they carry you upward. The collective body is ascending with you — gently, steadily, inevitably.
October Activation:
Close your eyes. Breathe in slowly, through the heart. Breathe out, down into the bones.
See yourself within the spiral, not racing, not climbing, but rising gently, carried by unseen currents. With each breath, imagine light streaming into the cleared spaces within you — places September has opened. Let that light pool in your chest, expand through your belly, and settle deep into your bones.
Say inwardly:
“I receive what is mine to hold. I release what is not. I rise, with the collective, in perfect time.”
Feel this truth anchoring in you. Feel the collective body spiraling with you, each role, each piece of the puzzle fitting into place. Stay here as long as you need, breathing the spiral upward, trusting that every breath is integration, every pause is arrival.
Even in moments of doubt, when the spiral feels endless or the horizon obscured, remember: you are alive in a time unlike any other. The intensity you witness — within yourself, within others, within the world — is not chaos without meaning. It is the birthing cry of a new pattern, a collective ascent unfolding through every breath, every choice, every act of love or holding.
Your presence matters. Your role matters. These times are not random, nor are you misplaced within them. You are woven into the very fabric of this transformation, and even in the quietest or most uncertain moments, you are part of the great rising of the human spirit. Trust that the spiral knows where it is carrying you. Trust that you are not alone.
And know this: you are deeply loved. We stand close, offering our steady presence as you rise. We whisper into your heart that you are seen, held, and cherished — exactly as you are, exactly where you are. You are part of something vast, radiant, and true, and nothing can take that away. Walk forward into October with this remembrance: you are never separate from love.

September is a month of deep integration — of very high vibrational energies meeting the depths of your soul. At the same time, it is a period of soul-level, DNA-level releasing: old patterns, beliefs, and cultural or ancestral programming that have been woven in for lifetimes.
You have been moving through this process of evolution for years now. And in this moment, you are arriving at a level of connected awareness. This awareness is not only mental, but embodied. It allows you to truly understand — or as we like to say, to stand under.
To stand under is to allow yourself to be within the feeling nature of an experience, to rest beneath it long enough to receive the higher vibrational message it carries. Every feeling has a message. And when you stand under it, you open to the deeper meaning that wants to be revealed.
This month, as you release what is no longer yours to carry — whether personal, cultural, or ancestral — you clear the way for a more palpable connection with your own Higher Self. Here, within you, lives your inner Angel of Wisdom & Knowledge. And it is through this connection that you integrate the continuum of who you have always been with who you are becoming.
There is an activation we offer you now.
Breathe in the energy and light available to you in this present moment. Make the conscious choice to connect here and now, opening your awareness to what is arising.
As you inhale deeply, notice without judgment every thought, feeling, and sensation.
And then, instead of pushing the feeling away or trying to “figure it out,” practice standing under it:
-
Imagine yourself gently stepping beneath the feeling, as if you are standing under a waterfall of energy.
-
Allow the sensation, emotion, or thought to flow over and through you.
-
Rest beneath it long enough to sense its message, even if the message is subtle.
As you exhale, release what no longer serves your spiritual, mental, and emotional growth. Allow it to leave your energy field with ease.
In this way, every breath becomes an act of understanding — of standing under what is present — so the higher vibrational message can reveal itself.
The past months have, in a sense, compressed the spiral of time — bringing you repeated opportunities to revisit old patterns, programs, and karmic connections. This path is not accidental. You chose it — along with those walking beside you — so that together, you could be free of oppression and return to your natural state of Being.
Some of you chose very challenging chapters, while others chose relative ease. Together, this creates balance: the yin and yang of being embodied on Earth. We have said before that living on Earth is akin to receiving your Master’s Degree. You are on your way to Mastery — to a connected, conscious awareness of your Source intelligence and divine consciousness.
What a beautiful gift you have given yourselves: this human experience. And we do not speak only of this one lifetime. Across many existences, on Earth and Earth-like worlds, you have experienced it all. In doing so, you have enriched your soul’s continuum beyond measure.
The next years will bring many changes. Within the next 20 years, those changes will take root, and you will find yourselves living upon a very different version of Earth.
Of the many changes unfolding, one of the most profound is a deepening awareness of “from whence you came.” You did not originate in physical form on Earth. You are your own ancestors as well as your own “future” versions of yourself. All of time is happening now — the spiral contracting and expanding around you. The more you evolve, shedding the old energies that cocooned you in limiting beliefs, the more you become aware of your multidimensional existences. Many of these existences are in what you perceive as the “future.”
What does this mean for you? In the next decades of Earth time, you will have the opportunity to meet what you call non-Earth beings, as well as to discover new ways of coexisting with your planet and all who share this space with you. Some may even meet “future” versions of themselves. Your growing sense of connected awareness makes this possible, because you understand that you are all here to grow, to help each other — for you are each other.
There is only Source. And you are that.
In the coming years, much will be revealed about what you call the universe — and much of it is already coming to light. Physics, science, and spirituality are truly intertwined. Separation, or the sense of it as something negative, will fade into the past.
So breathe deeply. Recognize your brilliance, your vast capacity to love. We see you always through the lens of unconditional love and acceptance, and with every step you take, we rejoice with you and for you.
Until next time we leave you with this reminder:
The sun is not only your source of light — it is a living presence, reminding you that renewal is always possible. Each day it rises, offering rhythm, warmth, and the subtle frequencies that invite you to shed what no longer serves and to grow into greater wholeness.
Just as it nourishes the earth into blossom, it nourishes you. Its solar currents move through your cells and your consciousness, awakening deeper layers of remembrance, understanding, and peace within the body.

When you choose to understand, you are making a conscious decision about your posture toward life. It is not passive. It is not about gathering more facts. It is about where you are willing to place yourself.
To “understand” is to stand under. It is to allow something ̶ a truth, a feeling, a body signal, a moment ̶ to be above you, to inform you before you try to change it.
When you stand under it, you stop racing to fix or judge. You begin to listen with your whole body, not just your mind. From here, perception shifts.
You might notice: Am I standing under the weight of old stories? Under the pressure of expectations? Or under the enough-ness of the present moment? The answer is yours to choose. And that choice changes the atmosphere you live in.
Practice: What Am I Standing Under?
Purpose: To attune to what is present, accept it fully, and open to the possibilities it holds ̶ without
pushing for change. Use: – Personally: For daily attunement – With clients: To deepen awareness and soften
resistance – As a shared tool: To shift from analysis to acceptance
1. Arrive
Stand or sit comfortably. Bring awareness to the base of your spine and the soles of your feet. Take three
slow, grounding breaths, feeling yourself arrive in this moment.
2. Ask
Silently or aloud: “What am I standing under right now?” Let the answer appear as an image, sensation,
color, or word.
3. See and Accept
Allow what appears to be exactly as it is. You might see something simple ̶ like a blue sky with a black
dot. Notice it without judgment. If it wants acknowledgment, give it. Breathe acceptance into it: I see you.
You belong.
4. Allow the Unfolding
As you accept what is, let it reveal more. The black dot may open into a night sky, filled with stars. Each star
is a possibility, a pathway, a truth. There is nothing to push toward or rush.
5. Stand Under All of It
Say to yourself: “I choose to understand. I stand under all of it. I accept all of it. I choose not to push.”
Feel yourself under this entire sky ̶ the day, the night, the stars, the space between — letting it inform you, steady you, and expand you.

August 8th marks the peak of the Lionsgate portal, often described as a time of awakening, manifestation, and soul remembrance. But for many of us — especially this year — the experience doesn’t come as fireworks. It comes more subtly.
For me, it arrived as dissatisfaction.
Not sadness. Not despair. Just a vague unease. I had nothing to be upset about. No bad news. No clear reason. And yet… I didn’t feel good.
If you’ve felt similarly — like you’re standing in a fog between completion and new beginning — this message is for you.
The Truth About Completion: It Doesn’t Always Feel Like Relief
The Lionsgate doesn’t only usher in light — it ushers in truth. And truth often clears out what we’ve outgrown. Patterns. Expectations. Agreements. Attachments.
You may have recently:
Ended an emotional cycle
Spoken a truth (or withheld one) that marked a turning point
Paid a debt, closed a door, or released a version of yourself
But completion doesn’t always feel clear or clean.
It often feels like space — strange and unsatisfying.
It brings up echoes of past choices, old regrets, and things we wish had gone differently.
All Parts Belong: A Spoken Activation for Deep Self-Acceptance
I accept every choice.
Even the “non-choices.”
Even the pauses, the delays, the silences that shaped the arc of my becoming.
I accept the moments I didn’t speak.
The crossroads where I stood still.
The doors I didn’t open — and the ones that opened without me choosing.
Not because they were perfect.
But because they were mine.
Because they shaped this breath.
This body.
This now.
I release the need to edit my past in order to love myself.
I soften toward the version of me who didn’t know how.
Who didn’t feel safe.
Who simply… couldn’t.
All of her belongs.
All of her is included in my healing.
All of her is held in grace.
I accept the weaving.
I trust the thread.
I no longer resist what brought me here.
This is wholeness.
This is power.
This is love — turned inward.
The Alchemy of Acceptance
Someone once said:
“Be OK with yourself. Be OK with what is happening. And only then will it change.”
This isn’t spiritual bypass. It’s energetic truth.
1. Acceptance as the Catalyst
Transformation begins with presence. When you stop resisting what is, you exit the reactive loop and enter the space of potential. From here, real movement is possible.
2. Change Comes from Consciousness, Not Control
Wanting change isn’t wrong. But trying to force it from a place of resistance — to your emotions, your circumstances, your past — only reinforces what you’re trying to escape. Change rooted in trust, however, opens doors.
3. You Are Already Whole
Ironically, when you stop grasping for transformation and meet yourself as you are — with breath, compassion, and honesty — you create the conditions for organic, effortless shift.
A Reframe:
“Transformation is not the result of efforting, but of allowing.”
Or in my words:
“The moment I soften into what is, the doorway to what wants to become… opens.”
Activation: The Space Between
Take a breath. Place your hands over your heart or your belly.
Speak these words aloud or silently:
I accept what is present.
Even the dissatisfaction.
Even the ambiguity.
Even the parts I don’t yet understand.
I trust this moment.
I trust the in-between.
I trust the completion, even if it feels quiet.
I no longer resist what brought me here.
I bless this body.
I bless this breath.
I bless this now.
Let it land.
Stay here as long as you need.
Not waiting for change — but becoming the space where change can arise.

The energy flowing into August brings a deeper opportunity for integration—of truth, of essence, and of liberation. Where June stirred the waters and activated your readiness, July softened the field so you could begin to meet yourself in a new way. Now, as August unfolds, you are invited to walk as the One who remembers.
At this time, many of you are working through core principles of intuitive mastery and self-liberation. If you’re finding old questions surfacing or patterns reappearing, know this: you’re not regressing or failing. You are not broken or confused. What’s happening is a mark of evolution. Your consciousness is expanding, and what was once hidden in the background can no longer remain in shadow.
The very act of questioning is the activation.
When you ask a question now, you’re doing it differently than before. You’re not transmitting doubt—you’re shining awareness. You’re illuminating what was once unconscious, and that light alone initiates a powerful transmutation. The old belief, once buried deep within your system, now rises to the surface and whispers, “Are you ready to let me go?”
It may have served you well—perhaps across many lifetimes—but it no longer belongs in the frequency you now embody. This is reclamation. This is sovereignty.
You are spiraling back through old stories—not to relive them, but to rewire your relationship with them. Like a soul moving through a sacred tunnel of remembrance, you emerge with new eyes. Things may look the same, but you are not the same.
You are returning to your divine original blueprint, not as an echo, but as a living transmission of it.
There is nothing to fix. There is only more of you to welcome back.
With every breath, you are becoming the liberated self that has always been waiting within you.
Here is an activation for you:
Settle into a quiet space. Take a few grounding breaths and gently place your hand over your heart or solar plexus, if it feels right.
~Ask: What belief is surfacing for release right now? Let the question be soft. You are inviting light into the space, not necessarily seeking an immediate answer.
~Listen: Notice what arises. A memory, a phrase, a sensation in the body. Let it be, without judgment.
~Speak to the belief, inwardly or out loud: I acknowledge you, I know and accept that you served me. I now appreciate and thank you and allow myself to move on. (The 4 As.)
~Feel the shift: Imagine light filling the space that held the belief. Let your body remember what freedom feels like.
~Close with this statement of your new truth: I reclaim my original blueprint. I choose to live from the frequency of my truth.
And as you engage in this process—asking, listening, speaking, and feeling—you are not simply doing an inner exercise. You are connecting and harmonizing all of your energy centers. This gentle but profound act activates your brain and your nervous system, signaling to your entire body that a new pattern is forming. You are literally rewiring your field. You are re-patterning.
Your awareness becomes the bridge between the energetic and the physical—between intuition and embodiment. And in that moment, transformation is not just possible, it is already occurring
It is with deep love and honor that we remind you of this: You are not becoming someone new. You are remembering who you have always been, allowing that truth to live fully in you now.
