In each moment you are making everything in your purview new. What this means is that by making a choice from a particular vibration, you are affecting not only yourself, as in the energy that you are, but you are also affecting the energy around you. To put it another way, you are seeing everything around you from a higher vibrational perspective, so what you see, and have seen day after day for your entire life may look different for a moment. You are gradually stepping away from the old labeling of people, places, and things. This may show up in your daily life in different ways. For instance, what you may call brain fog and forgetfulness is not necessarily a degenerative process. It could be that you are “forgetting” the old labels. Seeing an object or even a person and taking a moment to recall who the person is or what an item is, is potentially your higher self nudging you to let go of the need to label them. Your human brain is rewiring itself, and you are always creating new neural pathways as you consciously choose to raise your vibration and perceive yourself and the world around you differently. This is positive growth and change, as much of what you have labeled over your many human lives is now ready to be seen anew; seen through your inner, high self/soul perspective. Labels carry energy, and some labels carry very negative energy connotations. Not all labels are negative and they have served a purpose, so not all labels are going by the wayside but as you evolve and expand into integrating more of your high self, you are beginning to see all things as new. Your high self needs no labels as your high self doesn’t know judgment.
As you move more deeply into this process, recognize the freedom that this offers you rather than the limitations. To see the people and things in your life anew is an amazing aspect of this journey because you are ultimately making all things new by perceiving them from a higher vibrational perspective without labels and more importantly, without the negative connotation and judgment that some labels carry.
You are in effect shifting your perception into a higher vibrational earth “reality” where the lack of labels is an opportunity to experience life free of limitations. You are not changing the earth, you are changing yourselves, and in changing yourselves you are altering how you perceive everyone and everything outside of you. This is the process of “forgetting” all of the old patterns, programming, beliefs and labels that are no longer relevant to an ascending Being.
Part of this constant process that you are all moving through is also recognizing that you are all playing roles. You agreed to play certain roles in order to help each other to become more of your true, authentic selves. Your true self is not limited by the mind and ego, and the path to finding your way back to your true self includes deep self introspection. It includes accepting who you are in this moment right now. It includes accepting who you have been, and all that you have chosen to do up to this moment of now. It is radical acceptance of yourself, which only leads to the acceptance of all others, no matter the role they play in your life. In fact, the ones who play the most challenging roles in your life are the ones who offer you the greatest gift: That of bringing to your awareness what you are no longer in alignment with. When you are very aware of what you are no longer in alignment with, you have the ability to consciously choose what you are in alignment with, and at this point in your awareness of Who and What you are, you know that your choices are impactful and powerful.
In January’s message we spoke to you about raising your vibration to match the vibration of the version of earth on which you choose to exist. (Read past messages here: https://thefigleaf.net/journal-2/) The more you consciously do this, the more you will find it reflected back to you in your consensus reality.
There are many of you who have agreed to take this a step further and actively participate in raising the consciousness of humanity as a whole. As an active and conscious participant you are using your awareness of your multidimensionality to not only connect to and match higher vibrational versions of earth, but to show others how it is done. You are and will continue to see alterations in your life as you continue to raise and sustain a higher vibration but you will also be very aware of the turmoil and fear that many still feel. You are truly existing in multiple dimensions at one time, and you are beginning to recognize this. The recognition of this only strengthens your empowerment, which deepens the trust you have in your high self, the Infinite Being that you are. When you get caught up in fear, take the time to acknowledge and accept the fear, appreciating what it is bringing to your awareness and allow yourself to step right back into your empowerment as Infinite Being. This immediately shifts your vibration, which affects and alters the energy around you.
What you will also find is that who and what you are truly no longer in alignment with gradually (and sometimes immediately) become no longer a part of your life. You have most likely already experienced this, and we invite you to understand that this is not necessarily a fault of yours. It is you consciously choosing a higher vibrational existence where you no longer need them as catalysts in your life, and vice versa. There will always be people, events and things that act as catalysts for you, offering you the opportunity to choose what you are or are or are no longer in alignment with, just as you are for others. That is the nature of being in a physical existence, and it is a marvelous and beautiful existence because you are more deeply recognizing more of yourSelf.
In each moment you have the opportunity to perceive yourself, everyone and everything as new by simply choosing to. The limitations of labels are fading as you continue to expand your awareness. You are very conscious of how this feels, and at times it may feel uncomfortable or as if something is “wrong.” Seek guidance and help while trusting your intuition, as that is your high self communicating with you. You are all here to ultimately help each other.
The next months bring lots of change and it may seem as if it is happening very fast. In many ways things are happening much faster, and that goes hand in hand with your expanding multidimensionality and your awareness that myriad versions of yourself exist simultaneously.

The rough seas will calm as the storm wears itself out.
2024 is a year of change, and the kind of changes we speak of are more fundamental as they will help you individually and as a collective, form a new template for moving forward.
Before change can occur, the old foundations have to be dismantled, or in some cases, to crumble. When this happens it can be very challenging because it is literally hard to find your footing.
Yet here you are, finding your way as your world changes before you.
Please take a moment and acknowledge yourself and your ability to be in the flow of change.
There is great importance in acknowledging yourself, whether you have felt fear, doubt, frustration, sadness, or exhilaration and joy at what is happening in your life and in your world.
When you acknowledge yourself, it is the first step towards accepting things as they are, right now. It is the first step towards accepting yourself exactly as you are, right now.
There are major energetic shifts that occur when you do this, and the energy of these shifts radiates into your energy field now, but also throughout all of your existences. It is simply how things work now at your level of empowerment and awareness.
Through raising your vibration, you have the ability to step into higher vibrational timelines where there is for example, more peace, abundance and prosperity in your life. Everything exists, and you have experienced all of it, so you are able to imagine the life you choose to live. Through settling into the feeling nature of that which you desire, you are offering the universe the electromagnetic energy of the cellular memory of it, giving it matter. You are literally making it into matter, or manifesting it into your life.
The vibration that you hold directly corresponds to that which you are manifesting.
You are currently in a time of recognizing that you are able to move into different timelines while you are simultaneously creating new templates out of crumbling old foundations. This can be confusing and frustrating as you find your footing in this very new way of being.
Rest assured that you are exactly where you are supposed to be.
Everyone is at their own level of awareness, and none are wrong or bad. There are those that have chosen to stay in old energy in order to play certain roles, and in order to help those of you who are here to step through the door into unknown, new energy.
Ultimately you are all helping each other even though sometimes it doesn’t seem that way.
By acknowledging yourself and where you are right now, you are moving into acceptance, and acceptance is what removes obstacles.
By accepting yourself you are removing self judgment. When you no longer judge yourself it is much easier to recognize when you are judging others. You have the ability to make the conscious choice to recognize judgment and step away from it and into acceptance. That choice expands and amplifies the light in your energy field, which has an effect on everyone and everything around you.
Simply being in acceptance of yourself or another raises your vibration, offering you a stepping stone into a higher vibrational timeline where judgment does not exist.

This is one of the many reasons that you are here.
April brings another energy shift that is supportive of all that you are moving through right now. Every time you recognize a deeper level of awareness within yourself you are connecting more strongly and fully to your Source Consciousness. Every time that you connect more fully to your Source Consciousness you shine your own light on something buried even more deeply within that is ready to be revealed, acknowledged, accepted and then released, never to return. It is a process that will continue in some form, until you are no longer in a physical body, yet you have already grown so much that you move through this process much faster than you used to.
You already know how to expedite the process, and that is a wonderful thing to remember!
2024 will continue to be full of surprises, and you are invited to open your heart and mind even further, letting go of expectations of how things will go. Relax Into the flow of expectancy and acceptance of all that is, right now, and remember that you get to consciously choose how you feel about all of it.
Your vibration is your responsibility, not anyone else’s.
Your vibration reflects the energy within you and affects the energy around you.
Claim your empowerment as you acknowledge yourself and the work you have done up to this moment. The energy of April supports you in this as the door opens even further, allowing you access to more light, deeper awareness and the insights and inspiration to manifest something new and wonderful for yourself and your world. You have an opportunity to remember that you chose to be here and play your part in this consciousness shift.
The old ego generated thought pattern was to be angry and judgmental about what was happening and to formulate a plan from that energy. The difference now is that more of you are awakened to your Source Consciousness and are able to form plans generated by acceptance and compassion. This is the energy from which you move forward into the next moment of Now, which is truly the only moment there is.

March brings a shift in awareness.
You could say it is a deeper awareness of Who You Are.
You could also say it is an expanded awareness of yourself as All That Is.
A great deal of energy is moving all the time, and as you evolve in your awareness of yourself as conscious energy, you become aware that you, as energy, are moving all the time. This kind of energetic movement differs from what your mind thinks of as movement. This energetic movement, and your awareness of it, comes from within you. How you perceive it is unique to you, but not that different from how those close to you feel and perceive it. Because you are shifting and changing from within so quickly now, you feel the movement of old energy (patterns, beliefs, karmic entanglements) in your body. This old energy is stored in your cells so as it is shaken loose by the light that you are constantly receiving it is lifted up to your new and expanding level of awareness where you are able to perceive it, acknowledge it and address it appropriately.
It may feel a little chaotic at times; as if you are ungrounded, unanchored, without a foundation to stand on, or afloat with no direction.
All of this is to be expected, and what you would call normal for where you are in your ascension journey.
All things that no longer serve you are being shaken loose. It is happening in your personal life, your community and in the world.
The energy of March is supporting you in the integration of new energy, the unknown, and the sifting out of old energy.
The truth is that your old foundations have crumbled. They no longer exist, even if your mind wishes for them. You are able to imagine standing in the energy of the past, yet when you are “in it” for long enough, you grow uncomfortable.
You are invited to imagine your new template: A beautiful, peaceful and safe place that you take your conscious awareness to, settling into the feeling nature of being there in body, mind and spirit. Your new template is fluid and flexible, moving and changing with you, offering you a deeper sense of empowerment. You get to choose your template, and you are able to customize it as you grow and evolve.
The energy of March is more grounding, supporting you in feeling your way in your new template, in this new, very high frequency energy. You are in the unknown now, and it is ripe with potential. Imagine your template as a garden of sorts, where you may plant the seeds of whatever your heart and soul desire.
Old energy will continue to surface, as you have had myriad lifetimes steeped in it. You are at the level of awareness where you recognize old energy as soon as it makes its appearance, and you have the tools available to acknowledge, accept and ultimately choose to release what no longer serves you. This process is now expedited so you move through cycles much more quickly now. The amount of energy you are receiving is not going to decrease because you are able to handle it. Your physical bodies have changed and will continue to do so as you move into this next phase of your existence.
Change is imminent.
You and your world are always changing. The difference now is that the changes that are happening in this next phase of your life have the potential to be very different from anything you have experienced thus far. They do not have to be, but the potential is there, and you get to choose it.
Your ability to make the conscious choice to embrace the potential of change in this next phase of your life can be life changing in ways that you have not been able to imagine.
It’s all there, and you get to choose.
The final piece to this is the most important. The vibrational energy of the choices you make is what you are manifesting in your life, so choosing from an aspect of Grace serves you well. It not only serves you, but it serves everyone. Every conscious choice you make affects everyone even if it may not be apparent to you. You as an individual, and you as part of the collective are reclaiming the world from a higher vibrational perspective. In doing so you are seeing yourself and everything and everyone else through the eyes of your Divine consciousness self. You are in effect, seeing everyone and everything as new and in doing so, reclaiming your world in and from a higher vibrational timeline. March energy supports you in this new vision.
Embrace this energy. It is what you have been waiting for.

As fast as the energy is moving through you, you are going to be feeling the repercussions in many ways.
If you have held Akashic memories in your solar plexus, you may feel an ache in the back and/or stomach upset and digestive issues.
If you carry it in your heart, you may feel deepened anxiety, restlessness, sleep disruptions. You may have all sorts of things happening, including cold and flu-like symptoms. Any of these may be related to actual illness, as you are deeply programmed to believe in illness, so treat yourself according to what feels best.
Understand too, that most physical, emotional and mental dis-eases may be the result of deep, old energy being moved.
Pay close attention to what is surfacing for you in your feelings, your dreams, and your interactions with others.
As you become more heart centered, and you consciously choose higher vibrational feelings, you’ll still feel frustrated, angry, sad, etc., but your overall vibration will reflect what you are ultimately choosing to feel.
In other words, you are returning to your natural state of Being: Grace.
The first quarter of 2024 is supportive of deep cleansing.
What is underneath has always been there, but was mostly invisible to you, until now.
Others may see it before you do.
You may see it in others before you really recognize it within yourself.
Regardless, it is there, and you have it.
What is “it”?

That which you call God is pure consciousness. It is also what you would label as feminine energy. God/Source/Infinite Being/Creator is masculine and feminine, but the creator/birthing aspect of it is feminine.
This contradicts what most of humanity still believes about God, and it may bring feelings and emotions to the surface of your awareness.
The energy that you are currently receiving is supportive of deep extrusion of the oldest, deepest and potentially most damaging old programs, beliefs and patterns. Everyone feels this in the ways that are best supportive of them with regards to the choices they have made so far in this lifetime. Every choice you have ever made is now old energy, and you are at a level of your own awareness where you have the ability to shift the energy of all your choices throughout your existence.
That is a powerful statement. Understand that we are not talking about changing the past, but we are talking about changing the energy of the past through your ability to make conscious choices.
There are times that you chose prior to incarnating that would offer you, individually and as a collective, opportunities to turn deep beliefs upside down and you are in one of those times now.
The end of the previous cycle and the beginning of this next one create an opening for very intense light and energy to reach the Earth. These cycles coincide with the movement of the planets in your solar system as well as the expansion of the universe. The larger cycles are influenced by the movement of your planet around the sun, the moon around your planet and the astrological sign you were born into.
Nothing is random.
Everything that you experience is a version of something that your soul has been expecting. You have free will, so your human self chooses what path you walk on each day, but the paths are variations of opportunities that you chose prior to incarnating in this life.
Within the last few years much has come to light that has caused most of you to question your deepest beliefs. The next few years will bring more of the same. Your opportunity is to make conscious choices, trusting your Highest Self, the aspect of you that has always been there, but not always readily available to you due to your very strong ego. You needed a strong ego to survive. You are now able to recognize the important role that ego played, and through acceptance of every choice you have made, ego and soul come into a deep alignment, allowing you to connect more fully with your Highest Self. Survival is no longer your main goal. Ascension: The soul driven desire to be One with All, is your goal in this lifetime.
You are constantly sharing information. Not just with the rest of humanity, but with everyone and everything throughout existence. Even when you hear, read, or see something that you don’t agree with, there is always the potential for that information to connect to something deep within your DNA. The more in touch you are with your Highest Self the easier it is to decipher all of the information that is available to you. You have been remembering how to use your discernment and learning how to use this information for your highest and best, and for the highest and best of those around you.
Today we are instilling within you a deeper sense of trust.
Trust yourSelf, trust what you feel within yourSelf. Trust the feminine aspect of yourSelf. You all have it within you, just like you all carry the divine masculine energy. The energy that this message brings is one of deeply trusting the Mother, the creator, the birther of All. The more you trust Her, the easier it is to trust your own divine feminine, the earth, your own mother, and the mother within you. Every one of you has been a mother in some existence so everyone of you has given birth. Because you carry the Akashic memory of everything within you, you have the cellular memory of birthing life. In fact you are constantly birthing new ideas that manifest into your life. These ideas are all shared within the information that you are constantly receiving and you instill your own energy and unique frequency into what you are manifesting in your life.
In doing this, you make everything new because you are perceiving everything in your life from a higher vibrational perspective. You are literally seeing everything and everyone in newness, from the perspective of acceptance. This new perspective opens the door to trusting yourSelf first and foremost and when you trust yourSelf, every choice you make reflects that.
Trust is imperative in order for you to move forward into this new and very exciting phase of your life because so much is opening up for you in ways that you have not experienced in your life. We invite you to feel the excitement, the joy and the expansiveness of this energy. As always we hold you in the highest esteem, as you are here, now, experiencing so much that we cannot. And you do this for All.

You are beginning a new cycle of your existence, and it is very different from anything you have experienced before.
Your humanness, that part of you that has been led by the ego may try to resist the energy of this cycle but you have chosen to allow your highest self to be your main guide as you continue to ascend your own sacred mountain.
There is energy in the words that you are reading that moves deep within your subconscious awareness where it strikes a chord of awakening, activating an aspect of your God/Source consciousness. Your human self may need to read or hear things many times from many sources before that particular activation occurs. That is because your mind and ego are strong and that strength has served you very well. You are now aware that as you ascend your sacred mountain, you no longer need the protection of your ego nearly as much. That is a freeing awareness, and one that you have been waiting to claim for a long time.
Acceptance is the key that opens the door to the light.
When you are in acceptance of your ego, your body, and where you are in this moment of now, you are opening the door, allowing in the light so that it shines into the deepest and darkest recesses of your inner self and your subconscious awareness. Where there is light, darkness cannot exist because light is active.
When you are in acceptance of every aspect of yourself, it becomes easy to be in acceptance of others, especially those that have challenged you. When you are in acceptance, you are working with and directing light while activating your own cells to produce more light.
When you produce light, you are literally emanating and amplifying it into your energy field. Light is active and illuminates everything in its path, including those around you and your external reality. You are literally a beacon of light and energy.
2024 begins a new cycle spanning the next 10 or so years of your life, and the first few years of this great cycle will be about light: Activating it, remembering how to use it for your highest good, amplifying it into your personal world and the world in general. The active nature of your light will amplify all that has been shoved into the darkest corners of your world. What has been shoved under the rug and into the corners may be shocking to some, yet it has to be brought to the light of awareness so that you no longer repeat the past.
The past is old energy. If you are reading this, you are ready to exist in the energy of Grace, amplifying your light into your world, actively participating in changing how you live life on earth. The next 3-4 years will bring much change in how you perceive yourselves and others and this will affect your medical industry, the military, world leaders, your monetary system, your economy, your climate. It affects every aspect of life as you know it and you are here to play your part.
Earth is resilient, and so are you.
You have literally been compressed by the density of living in a 3D world for many, many lifetimes, and now you are becoming aware of the freedom that is available to you.
That takes getting used to. Be gentle with yourselves, and as you are you are more gentle with others.
2024 energy is exciting, offering myriad opportunities for personal growth. You each expand in your unique way, connecting every more deeply with your unique frequency, and as you do, your frequency connects more palpably to the frequency of others. You have already felt this, and that is only going to grow. Stretching one’s awareness and recognizing just how resilient you are is not always painless, yet growing pains don’t last forever. You are accustomed to growing pains, as the last years have shown you, and in the coming years your growth will be less painful and more fulfilling because you are remembering Who You Are, therefore Who You ALL Are.
2024 offers deeper fulfillment on a personal level, and as you feel this, your sense of acceptance, peace and fulfillment fills your energy field, expanding it broader and wider than ever. You may be a catalyst for others as your energy and light invite them to grow. Your personal growth is part of the growth of humanity, and everyone is evolving at their own rate, based on the choices they made prior to incarnating. Accepting everyone’s level of growth is key to existing in Grace.
Each day is an opportunity for you to choose to exist in Grace and as you do your evolution becomes a conscious choice.
This new cycle of your life brings conscious choice to the forefront of your awareness.
You are an incredibly empowered Being of light and this year is the beginning of the era when you truly know this. It is no longer just an idea, and it is deeper than a belief. It is now something that you know to be true.
Feel the energy of these words.
