The Language of Dreams
Because I dream a lot, find them fascinating, healing, mystical, and I wanted to understand more. So I asked…
Your dreams are not tests, and they are not requirements.
They are invitations — gentle, subtle, and shaped uniquely for each of you.
Some of you will remember them clearly, some only in pieces, and some not at all.
All of these experiences are valid.
Dreaming is simply one of the ways your inner self speaks.
And whether the messages arrive as vivid scenes, fleeting symbols, waves of emotion, or quiet feelings in the morning air, they are all part of the same conversation between your soul and your waking life.
Remember this truth:
Dreaming is listening to yourself in a different dialect.
Not better. Not deeper. Just… different.
When you remember a dream, it is because something inside you is ready to be seen.
When you do not remember, it is because the integration is already happening quietly, without effort.
Your subconscious is always communicating with you — through intuition, emotion, synchronicity, the body, and yes, through dreams.
And for those of you who experience violent or disturbing dreams, know this:
They are almost never prophetic.
They are emotional release mechanisms — the psyche’s way of clearing old fear, old memory, old stress, and old energetic imprint so it does not have to live inside you anymore.
These dreams look intense because they are burning off energy that is already there — not predicting what is to come.
They are a form of inner detox. A pressure valve. A cleansing fire.
Your system uses the dream-space to process what your waking self no longer needs to carry.
Yet for some, dreams can be intuitive or even prophetic — but not in the frightening way many imagine.
Prophetic dreams are gentle, symbolic, and guiding.
They do not arrive to shock or scare.
They arrive to prepare, realign, or illuminate a path you are already stepping toward.
Prophetic dreams feel calm, even if the imagery is strange.
Disturbing dreams feel chaotic because they are clearing chaos.
There is a difference, and your body knows it.
There is no need to force the remembering.
Do not judge the forgetting. Do not fear the intensity. And don’t assume that all dreams carry the same purpose.
Simply trust that whatever rises is meant for you, and whatever does not is already tending to your wellbeing in the unseen.
Dreams show you what is shifting, what is healing, and what is becoming.
They arrive in symbols because symbols can hold more truth than words.
They arrive in strange shapes because healing rarely speaks in straight lines.
They arrive in their own rhythm because your soul knows the correct timing.
Be gentle with your own inner language. Honor the whispers, the fragments, the sensations. You are always communicating with yourself — in daylight, in darkness, and in the vast dreaming space between.
You are guided.
You are held.
You are becoming.
And you are profoundly, endlessly loved.
