March brings a shift in awareness.
You could say it is a deeper awareness of Who You Are.
You could also say it is an expanded awareness of yourself as All That Is.
A great deal of energy is moving all the time, and as you evolve in your awareness of yourself as conscious energy, you become aware that you, as energy, are moving all the time. This kind of energetic movement differs from what your mind thinks of as movement. This energetic movement, and your awareness of it, comes from within you. How you perceive it is unique to you, but not that different from how those close to you feel and perceive it. Because you are shifting and changing from within so quickly now, you feel the movement of old energy (patterns, beliefs, karmic entanglements) in your body. This old energy is stored in your cells so as it is shaken loose by the light that you are constantly receiving it is lifted up to your new and expanding level of awareness where you are able to perceive it, acknowledge it and address it appropriately.
It may feel a little chaotic at times; as if you are ungrounded, unanchored, without a foundation to stand on, or afloat with no direction.
All of this is to be expected, and what you would call normal for where you are in your ascension journey.
All things that no longer serve you are being shaken loose. It is happening in your personal life, your community and in the world.
The energy of March is supporting you in the integration of new energy, the unknown, and the sifting out of old energy.
The truth is that your old foundations have crumbled. They no longer exist, even if your mind wishes for them. You are able to imagine standing in the energy of the past, yet when you are “in it” for long enough, you grow uncomfortable.
You are invited to imagine your new template: A beautiful, peaceful and safe place that you take your conscious awareness to, settling into the feeling nature of being there in body, mind and spirit. Your new template is fluid and flexible, moving and changing with you, offering you a deeper sense of empowerment. You get to choose your template, and you are able to customize it as you grow and evolve.
The energy of March is more grounding, supporting you in feeling your way in your new template, in this new, very high frequency energy. You are in the unknown now, and it is ripe with potential. Imagine your template as a garden of sorts, where you may plant the seeds of whatever your heart and soul desire.
Old energy will continue to surface, as you have had myriad lifetimes steeped in it. You are at the level of awareness where you recognize old energy as soon as it makes its appearance, and you have the tools available to acknowledge, accept and ultimately choose to release what no longer serves you. This process is now expedited so you move through cycles much more quickly now. The amount of energy you are receiving is not going to decrease because you are able to handle it. Your physical bodies have changed and will continue to do so as you move into this next phase of your existence.
Change is imminent.
You and your world are always changing. The difference now is that the changes that are happening in this next phase of your life have the potential to be very different from anything you have experienced thus far. They do not have to be, but the potential is there, and you get to choose it.
Your ability to make the conscious choice to embrace the potential of change in this next phase of your life can be life changing in ways that you have not been able to imagine.
It’s all there, and you get to choose.
The final piece to this is the most important. The vibrational energy of the choices you make is what you are manifesting in your life, so choosing from an aspect of Grace serves you well. It not only serves you, but it serves everyone. Every conscious choice you make affects everyone even if it may not be apparent to you. You as an individual, and you as part of the collective are reclaiming the world from a higher vibrational perspective. In doing so you are seeing yourself and everything and everyone else through the eyes of your Divine consciousness self. You are in effect, seeing everyone and everything as new and in doing so, reclaiming your world in and from a higher vibrational timeline. March energy supports you in this new vision.
Embrace this energy. It is what you have been waiting for.

That which you call God is pure consciousness. It is also what you would label as feminine energy. God/Source/Infinite Being/Creator is masculine and feminine, but the creator/birthing aspect of it is feminine.
This contradicts what most of humanity still believes about God, and it may bring feelings and emotions to the surface of your awareness.
The energy that you are currently receiving is supportive of deep extrusion of the oldest, deepest and potentially most damaging old programs, beliefs and patterns. Everyone feels this in the ways that are best supportive of them with regards to the choices they have made so far in this lifetime. Every choice you have ever made is now old energy, and you are at a level of your own awareness where you have the ability to shift the energy of all your choices throughout your existence.
That is a powerful statement. Understand that we are not talking about changing the past, but we are talking about changing the energy of the past through your ability to make conscious choices.
There are times that you chose prior to incarnating that would offer you, individually and as a collective, opportunities to turn deep beliefs upside down and you are in one of those times now.
The end of the previous cycle and the beginning of this next one create an opening for very intense light and energy to reach the Earth. These cycles coincide with the movement of the planets in your solar system as well as the expansion of the universe. The larger cycles are influenced by the movement of your planet around the sun, the moon around your planet and the astrological sign you were born into.
Nothing is random.
Everything that you experience is a version of something that your soul has been expecting. You have free will, so your human self chooses what path you walk on each day, but the paths are variations of opportunities that you chose prior to incarnating in this life.
Within the last few years much has come to light that has caused most of you to question your deepest beliefs. The next few years will bring more of the same. Your opportunity is to make conscious choices, trusting your Highest Self, the aspect of you that has always been there, but not always readily available to you due to your very strong ego. You needed a strong ego to survive. You are now able to recognize the important role that ego played, and through acceptance of every choice you have made, ego and soul come into a deep alignment, allowing you to connect more fully with your Highest Self. Survival is no longer your main goal. Ascension: The soul driven desire to be One with All, is your goal in this lifetime.
You are constantly sharing information. Not just with the rest of humanity, but with everyone and everything throughout existence. Even when you hear, read, or see something that you don’t agree with, there is always the potential for that information to connect to something deep within your DNA. The more in touch you are with your Highest Self the easier it is to decipher all of the information that is available to you. You have been remembering how to use your discernment and learning how to use this information for your highest and best, and for the highest and best of those around you.
Today we are instilling within you a deeper sense of trust.
Trust yourSelf, trust what you feel within yourSelf. Trust the feminine aspect of yourSelf. You all have it within you, just like you all carry the divine masculine energy. The energy that this message brings is one of deeply trusting the Mother, the creator, the birther of All. The more you trust Her, the easier it is to trust your own divine feminine, the earth, your own mother, and the mother within you. Every one of you has been a mother in some existence so everyone of you has given birth. Because you carry the Akashic memory of everything within you, you have the cellular memory of birthing life. In fact you are constantly birthing new ideas that manifest into your life. These ideas are all shared within the information that you are constantly receiving and you instill your own energy and unique frequency into what you are manifesting in your life.
In doing this, you make everything new because you are perceiving everything in your life from a higher vibrational perspective. You are literally seeing everything and everyone in newness, from the perspective of acceptance. This new perspective opens the door to trusting yourSelf first and foremost and when you trust yourSelf, every choice you make reflects that.
Trust is imperative in order for you to move forward into this new and very exciting phase of your life because so much is opening up for you in ways that you have not experienced in your life. We invite you to feel the excitement, the joy and the expansiveness of this energy. As always we hold you in the highest esteem, as you are here, now, experiencing so much that we cannot. And you do this for All.

You are at a much higher level of conscious choice and awareness now than you were a year ago. This means that you are able to receive more light and energy, and it can be intense for the psyche and the body to try to interpret and integrate. This is a natural process.
When you are moving great amounts of energy (as you are now) it often does not feel good. Stay with it, in the energy of presence and acceptance. Answers may come to you, or you may simply move through the intensity and then be able to choose to feel differently. The new, very long cycle that you are in now consists of many smaller cycles that overlap one another. The cycles are loosely connected to solar cycles and the movement of the planets in your solar system, but you also have your own personal cycles of growth.
Be gentle with yourself, rest when you feel the need to, letting go of old expectations and beliefs. Changes are happening much more quickly now and that goes for your body too.
Sometimes short illnesses may arise as your body is integrating more light and energy. This may signify the releasing of old, deeply embedded energy.
Welcome to the new energy.

For the second time in this year of transition, you are receiving an influx of high intensity, very high energy cosmic light that is entering your galaxy for the very first time. This particular cosmic light is one that is not identifiable by science.
What it means for you is the end of a very long cycle that includes oppression and subjugation.
You are constantly in cycles as they overlap, and whatever it is that you are integrating and releasing at any moment is going to coincide with whatever is next for your highest and best.
2023 has been a year of often intense transition, and December energy is coming in strong to help clear out all that is left.
This doesn’t mean that oppression and subjugation are gone from your world, but with the end of this cycle, many of the deepest roots of it are no longer embedded in the earth and within your subconscious.
This is very good news for you.
You have been evolving so rapidly that in many ways, you don’t even know you are changing. It is easy to fall back into old belief patterns and look at the world from the old perspectives, and this is to be expected because you are human, and you carry within you the cellular memory of old programming, beliefs, etc.
Yet you are now cognizant of your Highest self and you heed your soul’s guidance more now than you ever have and that changes how you perceive yourself and the world around you.
You are ready for this very high energy cosmic light.
Your body can handle it now because your DNA and the mitochondria in your cells have released so much dense energy and are now not only holding more light, but creating more light.
Yes, you are creating light.
You are altering your energy field every time you choose to raise your vibration and connect to your own God/Source frequency.
Your energy field extends into the world around you, and effectively manifests a higher vibrational reality for you. You are literally altering the energy around you at every moment by amplifying your light.
This is empowerment and it is yours.
2024 will be the year that this awareness within the shared consciousness of humanity starts to manifest in your world.
Combined with the deeper releasing of oppression and subjugation, this awareness invites in the level of consciousness that supports a 5D timeline.
You are doing what you came here to do!
The 12/12 portal energy is amplified by this cosmic light, and it will bring big changes in your world; including the beginning of the 5D manifestations that you have been dreaming of.
There are many who have been working diligently behind the scenes to help people prepare for the changes that 2024 will begin to bring in and if you are reading this, you are one of them.
2024 is the start of true New Energy.
In many ways it is the beginning of a very large new cycle that sets the tone for the next 15 years or so; the beginning of a new era.
The exciting thing for you as humans is that you get to manifest what your heart desires in this new, very beautiful cycle.
You are ready to do this. You have worked very hard to expand your consciousness, embracing ego and all of the aspects of yourself, including the shadow aspects. In doing the inner work, you recognize all that is no longer serving you and your fellow humans, and you are making the choice to be open to new energy, new ideas, and a new world.
This next cycle will span a number of years as the extended roots of oppression and subjugation are loosened and released with Grace. While this is happening, there will be more pockets of joy, more opportunities to witness growth and change within yourselves and your world. You chose to be here to participate in this shift and to experience it firsthand. It is always a choice.
Embrace this high vibrational light, aware that it is changing your cellular structure, and in doing so, offering you a deeper, more cognizant level of awareness. Moving forward from this moment of now is different, new, and exciting. Trust what your soul is telling you through how you feel. What you choose to do in the next moment may be very different from what you chose a year ago, or 10 years ago. We invite you to embrace the unknown because the unknown is what you came here to experience. You already know the past, and of all that is now old energy.
Welcome to the end of a very old cycle, and the beginning of all that is new.

You are remembering how to Be in the present moment, the only moment there is.
Being present still may not feel comfortable, but the more you allow yourself to Be in the present, the more you’ll connect to the “memory” of it. The memory of Being has been overridden by the belief that you must always be doing something and that it must be productive. You have also been taught that thinking about the past and being worried about the future keeps you motivated to do all that you need to do. Those beliefs have served you over myriad lifetimes including this one, and they’re now old energy. We are not saying that you should not be productive. We are simply reminding you that Being present is just as important, and it is necessary for your wellbeing.
Finding balance within and recognizing that how you survived in the past is changing, Remembering how empowering it is to be present is where your focus is now.
You carry the memory of everything within you, and these memories don’t reside in your brain. The energy of these memories resides in your DNA, and until recently, that DNA was called “junk.” What used to be called junk is now coming online for you and as it does it is awakening the cellular memories of every experience that you can imagine. What we call your Source DNA is designed to awaken within you now.
This does not necessarily mean that you will remember every past life, although some of you are remembering bits and pieces of things that you may not be able to explain. What some of you are feeling, and more of you will start to feel are the emotions, the feelings associated with these memories. Many of you are experiencing aspects of these memories in your dreams, and as you evolve your brain will not have to try so hard to make sense of what your soul is experiencing in multiple dimensions at one time.
You’ll just know.
“Just knowing” means that you are allowing what is occurring to occur without actively resisting it. It also means that you are in acceptance of the changes that you are moving through physically and spiritually and that you trust the knowing of Who and What you are.
October energy was supportive of stepping into new experiences and many of these experiences involved stepping out of what is known to you and into situations that offered you the opportunity to trust your intuition more than you may have before. Some of this may have been uncomfortable at first.
New experiences may have shown up as ideas, or the feeling of potentiality that may not have been open to you previously. Each of you will experience new energy in your own way, a way designed by you prior to your incarnation into this lifetime. You will find that as you embrace this energy more fully, others step forward to help you to shape and manifest the potential into something that matters.
You are literally making things matter through your willingness to step into the energy of new experiences. You do this by being present in the moment, as this is when you are in your empowerment and able to recognize new energy. You cannot do this while regretting the past or being worried about the future.
You are ready for this, and this is the way forward for you. It is a different way of existing in a physical body because so much more of your spiritual self is becoming more apparent. Seeking balance and alignment is important because your physical body is working hard to adjust to the changes that are happening continuously. (Some would say relentlessly, but that is a perspective, and one that can be changed anytime through making a choice.)
As information within your DNA comes online, it is activating the neural pathways in your brain and nervous system, clearing out the dense energy of old patterns and beliefs, and you are remembering how to respond from this new alignment within you. Your old “go to” was to react from a constricted nervous system that was always in some form of fight or flight mode. This has taxed your body for many lifetimes, and now your body is remembering how to respond instead of react. You are able to assist yourself in this by being present, grateful to and for your body, and from that state of being, invite your cells to regenerate with no memory of trauma. You are consciously and lovingly directing the energy of your body to do something that it does automatically. This is a very big step in the awareness of your own empowerment.
The ability to respond is generated through being present which is when you are able to choose how you feel. Reacting is generated by a nervous system that is stressed and poised for fight or flight, constantly revisiting the past and worried about what is next.
Your body knows how to respond instead of react, and you are actively participating in this realignment by Being present.
You have grown so much in the last years, and it is beautiful to witness.
You are continuing to grow into your full potential, which the human ego cannot truly comprehend. In order to begin to comprehend it, you have to leave the mind and be in your heart. In many ways you are “losing your mind.” That is a figure of speech but it is also a fairly accurate way to describe the process that you are moving very quickly through. As you incrementally let go of old energy and are in the present enough to be open to new ideas, you are expanding neural pathways and in some cases, creating new ones. The old “stuff” is released through areas of your brain like the occipital and parietal lobes. This allows for more brain space for broader, more expansive perception. Your pineal gland has a more open connection to other areas of your brain, so your perceptions of your inner and outer world expand. You are literally able to perceive more than you ever have. This process opens your inner and dream worlds as well. You all experience this rapid expansiveness in different ways and we invite you to be in acceptance of how you experience your growing expansiveness. Acceptance itself is expansive, where resistance is constrictive, restricting the scope and freedom of action; the action of your ever expanding Self.
You are invited to Be in acceptance of your beautiful, miraculous ever expanding Self in the present moment. So much is occurring for you in this time, and it is beautiful to witness the awakening of your Source DNA.

September brings the expansion that you are quite ready for.
In re-cognizing that you are literally Source material, you have reconnected the neural pathway in your brain that carries the Source consciousness energy of knowing this. That is why we hyphen words like “recognize”; you are re-cognizing what has always been there, but buried by lifetimes of contradictory information.
It is not about judging this contradictory information, it is about accepting that you descended into dense physical bodies in order to experience everything including integrating all of the information. Now you are re-membering Who you are: Source consciousness in physical form.
September expansion is a natural next step for you. You have been expanding since you were born, and it has increased in intensity, especially in the last 20 years, therefore your awareness of it is more acute. You have moved from the possibility that you might be more than a human, to the belief that you are something greater than what you used to believe. You are now in the energy of Knowing Who and What you are. This is the expansion we are speaking of.
This changes everything.
Not immediately, but it puts into motion the energy of change that is necessary for you to manifest the next stage of your journey. 2023 has been a year of transition, and by that we mean in the way that you interpret transition in your own life. You all experience life in different ways because you each have a unique frequency which resonates with the frequencies of those that are in your soul family. Your soul family is quite large. Imagine a flower with petals that represent your immediate soul family. Now imagine that flower in a very large bouquet with many other kinds of flowers. That is your extended soul family. Now, imagine that bouquet as part of a massive field of every kind of flower. That is humanity. Each flower has roots, which connect to the roots of other flowers which connect to others, and so on. We could go on, but you get the idea.
Each flower in this massive field has a frequency, and all of your frequencies together are the Song of Source. You are quite literally the sound of God/Creator/Source. Everyone experiences transition based on what kinds of agreements you made with those in your immediate and extended soul family prior to incarnating.
When you imagine that you are something other than a human, (like a flower) your brain veers off of its usual track of keeping you in “human mode” and you are able to feel into the expansion that is occurring more easily. You are seemingly creating a new neural pathway when you do this, but the reality is that you are simply re-connecting to your original source consciousness energy. Each time you do this, (meditation for example, or simply feeling gratitude for a length of time) you strengthen that connection, making it the natural path to choose. Your nervous system responds to the re-connecting work that you are doing, so in a way, you are re-wiring your brain and your nervous system, which affects the way that you respond to external stimuli.
By the time you are mid-way through the year 2024, you will be able to look back over the last few years and truly recognize how much you have grown in your awareness of all that is. More specifically, you will recognize how you have shifted so many perceptions about yourself, so your perception of others will have changed. This absolutely affects how you perceive your external reality, therefore your world.
To take it further, your perception of those that live beyond your earth is changing. You will be ready to welcome those that have been here, but for the most part have not been perceptible to human senses. Many of you have been waiting for this for a long time and the more you continue to connect to the love that resides and flows within you, the closer you are to reuniting with members of your extended soul family.
Members of your soul family do not have to live on earth, and you have soul family members in many dimensions and other star systems.
Many of you will get to know some of them in this lifetime.We know that this information may be welcomed by some, and may cause doubt or fear in others. Whatever it is that you feel, we invite you to be in acceptance of it, as that opens the door to a deeper understanding of the root of the feeling. This is not a time to bypass feelings, it is a time to be with them, feel them in the body, accepting that whatever the feeling is, it has served a purpose. The questions for you are: Do you still choose to feel that feeling? Does it still serve you? Maybe it does, and maybe it doesn’t. Either way, you are looking within, accepting, acknowledging and deciding what serves you Now, not just as a human, but as an empowered Source Consciousness Being.
Change. You are ready for it. More today than you were yesterday and more tomorrow than you are today. You are growing and evolving very, very quickly now, and if it seems as if your world doesn’t always reflect it, it is only because so much has changed and so many foundations are still crumbling that it takes time for a new world to be rebuilt. As foundations crumble, all that has been buried is now not only visible but needs to be acknowledged and accepted as no longer helpful to you on your current journey. It can be challenging to do this without judging others (or yourself), yet at your current level of source consciousness awareness, you are remembering that each time you choose to feel judgment towards another it is a reminder to look within in acceptance of yourself.
We like to remind you that you chose to be here now in this extraordinary time of change. It takes courage to be here Now. Your role is as important as anyone’s. You don’t have to be in the news in order to instigate change. Your thoughts do that. Now is the time to recognize just how powerful your thoughts are.
Embrace September’s expansive energy shifts with joy and excitement!
