There is so much that I feel that I want to share, but I often have a hard time finding the place to start.
Just this morning I got side tracked from a potential work out by playing a delicious and fun word game with a Twitter friend. It is becoming a weekend habit, one that is sparking a formerly deeply buried creative skill that I am thrilled is making itself known to me.
Creative writing is something that I hope to do more of, so I welcome the opportunity to challenge my brain in this way. (Even at the expense of challenging my body by giving up my workout.)
I had originally thought that I would write about an amazing and potentially belief shattering new healing method that I am learning, but I realized that I have not integrated enough of the understanding of it yet to be able to write about it. I am able to put it into practice, and just trust my intuition and guidance to do what I feel is best for the person I am working on, but I’m not able to express how it helps us to heal at a deeper level yet.
What I am able to offer here though, is the idea that our healing is up to us. By deepening our awareness of ourselves, and opening the door to who we are, we are better able to understand how our body, mind and spirit all work together as one to create our wholeness.
We cannot fully express ourselves in all of or glory if we are not whole.
Peace.
