Every day brings growth, opportunity, and the gifts of deeper self awareness and freedom from lifetimes of old energetic patterns, beliefs, definitions and karmic discord.
Every day is a step up the ladder in your journey through this experience of life in a physical body, and each step up represents your growing ability to sustain a higher vibrational state of Being.
Your state of Being is what creates your experience. You know this now, and as you continue on your journey you are always more aware of the importance of each previous step. You know that the most powerful words that you can speak are “I AM” because those words immediately bring you into the present moment, the only moment there is, and where you are at your most empowered.
Today we offer you another step, another tool to use in order to integrate the energies of August and September. We call this step the 4 A’s: Acknowledge, Accept, Appreciate and Allow. You can use the 4 A’s in any situation or circumstance you find yourself in. As an example, we invite you to bring your awareness into the present moment. State aloud “I am who I am, and it is enough.” It is helpful, but not necessary, to look into a mirror as you say these words. You might notice the impact and power of speaking to yourself in this way. Continue with “I acknowledge myself,” pausing to allow the energy of the words to settle. Follow with “I accept myself exactly as I am.” (Pause) “I appreciate myself, and all that I bring to the world.” Finally, “I allow myself to trust my highest self, and I allow my highest self to guide me.” These words are a guideline, trust that you will know what words to speak to yourself because you will feel the impact of them. Repeat often.
Repeating this exercise reinforces the new neural pathway you are creating in your brain, which is directly connected to your central nervous system. Repetition also moves energy, generating feelings that are ready to be acknowledged and addressed. This will change how you perceive yourself, which changes how you perceive the people and the world around you. Your thoughts, words and actions carry greater impact in the coming months and into the beginning of 2025 because of the work that you have been doing to deepen your awareness of Self.
You are also becoming more aware of your parallel lives. All of existence is in the Now moment, meaning nothing is in the past or in the future. The human brain may not be able to fully comprehend this and that is OK. Your higher mind/self knows this and the more you allow yourself to be guided by the higher mind/self, the less your brain has to work to try to figure it all out. When you look into a mirror and you say “I am in acceptance of myself” (or any of the other 4A’s) imagine that you are looking at yourself in a parallel lifetime in which you are existing in the 5th dimension. You are invited to play with this and observe how you feel, and what you might be able to perceive in that higher vibrational reflection of yourself. These steps are meant to build upon those that we (and many others) have been sharing with you over time.
September brings a change of seasons, which is a perfect time to be aware of what definitions, beliefs and patterns no longer serve your highest and best. You have been able to clear karmic discord for about 10 years now, and each time you choose to acknowledge old energy, recognizing that it no longer serves you, you are clearing the energy within your Akashic Records. This is powerful because that old energy is no longer in your parallel lives. It is no longer in your cellular memory. The old energy no longer has power over you and it no longer festers in your body. You are in effect, purging your Akashic Records, something that you previously have not had the power or ability to do. We understand the life altering implications of this and wish to energetically impart this to you through this transmission. The words you are reading carry energy. When reading this (and other) transmissions they resonate with you or they do not. Trust what you feel as that is your higher self letting you know if something is helpful and meaningful to your growth and evolution.
We say it often, but it truly is an exciting time to be alive on your planet because you are creating great changes that affect everything and everyone. Everyone that is alive on your planet plays a role in the changes that you are here to experience because the changes that you are making would not happen without everyone playing their part. As you accept yourselves and each other, the truth becomes very apparent. Welcome to the new energy, the new earth.

It doesn’t matter if you are reading these messages for the first time, or if you have been reading them for weeks or months: You are receiving exactly what you need in order to move forward at your optimal vibration.
You may read or hear much the same message from others as you will read here because no thought is truly original. Thoughts are energy and energy is shared among All That Is. The only true original thought comes from Source, and you are that, so what you read here is already within you. What we do is help bring original thought to your conscious awareness where you have easy access to it.
Many things are happening for you now.
You are at the level of conscious awareness of Who and What you are that the information contained in these messages integrates faster.
You are now at the stage of releasing deeply imprinted trauma, oppression and subjugation from your DNA.
Imprints are deeper than cellular memories. Imprints can affect instincts, which are typically innate, fixed patterns of behavior in response to certain stimuli. In your parallel lives you have been subject to repeated certain stimuli enough that it has become instinctual in many ways. This is what is being brought to your awareness in order to be acknowledged and ultimately released from you individually and as a collective.
Understand that we are not saying that you carry the instinct to oppress others in this life, but imprinted within you is the experience of oppression. You have experienced oppression, subjugation and trauma of many kinds in your parallel lives as well as contributed to the oppression and subjugation of others. You have been and done everything that you can imagine in order to experience everything, which was the choice you made as Source.
We refer to your past and future lives as parallel lives now because they are occurring simultaneously in the time/space continuum. You are at the level of conscious awareness where you recognize this as true, which helps you to process the deeply imprinted energy that is surfacing within you and within the collective. Freedom from old imprints is a major part of the next cycle of your life which began in January, 2024. This cycle, which is composed of many smaller cycles will last for about the next 20 years as you continue to awaken to your soul inspired empowerment and manifest a 5th dimensional earth.
Changes abound and you are the ones who choose how and what they are.
The process of releasing imprints is multidimensional, which is another reason we refer to your parallel lives. It is not always easy to do what you are doing, and we ask that you take a moment and acknowledge the work you are doing. Understand that you are working on yourself, but the work you do affects your ancestors as well as the generations that come after you. You are your ancestors, as you are the generations that come after you. There is only ONE, and you are that.
Quite often you may not know or understand what you are feeling as old imprints come to your awareness. Things happen in your life and with those you love in order to bring opportunities for growth and healing to your awareness, and often these events are not pleasant.
Yet here you are.
And if you are here, you are being made anew. You are reconfiguring new neural pathways in your brain. You are de-programming and re-programming your nervous system to respond instead of re-act.
Every time you make the choice to respond to a person or an event from the higher vibration of acceptance, peace, gratitude, forgiveness, love, you are raising the vibration of every parallel lifetime along with this one, simply because you are able to at your level of awareness.
This, friends, is what the next cycle of your life is about:
Freedom.
Peace.
Acceptance.
Empowerment.
Grace.
Even the time/space continuum we speak of is a belief pattern. A continuum is a sequence in which events or elements that occur one after another are not perceptively different from each other yet the extremes are quite distinct. In other words, your daily lives may not seem very different from day to day, yet if you consider your life a year ago, or 5 years ago, it may indeed, be very different. The new neural pathways that you are creating and the changes to your nervous system you are making by consciously choosing to raise your vibration bring more palpable awareness to you, which in turn expands your energy field, which is an invitation to those around you to do the same.
You are the ones who are changing and in changing, you manifest changes in your world.
This is one of the myriad reasons that you are here, and we invite you to recognize the work you are doing, and to trust the process, allowing yourself to feel the excitement of this moment.

March brings a shift in awareness.
You could say it is a deeper awareness of Who You Are.
You could also say it is an expanded awareness of yourself as All That Is.
A great deal of energy is moving all the time, and as you evolve in your awareness of yourself as conscious energy, you become aware that you, as energy, are moving all the time. This kind of energetic movement differs from what your mind thinks of as movement. This energetic movement, and your awareness of it, comes from within you. How you perceive it is unique to you, but not that different from how those close to you feel and perceive it. Because you are shifting and changing from within so quickly now, you feel the movement of old energy (patterns, beliefs, karmic entanglements) in your body. This old energy is stored in your cells so as it is shaken loose by the light that you are constantly receiving it is lifted up to your new and expanding level of awareness where you are able to perceive it, acknowledge it and address it appropriately.
It may feel a little chaotic at times; as if you are ungrounded, unanchored, without a foundation to stand on, or afloat with no direction.
All of this is to be expected, and what you would call normal for where you are in your ascension journey.
All things that no longer serve you are being shaken loose. It is happening in your personal life, your community and in the world.
The energy of March is supporting you in the integration of new energy, the unknown, and the sifting out of old energy.
The truth is that your old foundations have crumbled. They no longer exist, even if your mind wishes for them. You are able to imagine standing in the energy of the past, yet when you are “in it” for long enough, you grow uncomfortable.
You are invited to imagine your new template: A beautiful, peaceful and safe place that you take your conscious awareness to, settling into the feeling nature of being there in body, mind and spirit. Your new template is fluid and flexible, moving and changing with you, offering you a deeper sense of empowerment. You get to choose your template, and you are able to customize it as you grow and evolve.
The energy of March is more grounding, supporting you in feeling your way in your new template, in this new, very high frequency energy. You are in the unknown now, and it is ripe with potential. Imagine your template as a garden of sorts, where you may plant the seeds of whatever your heart and soul desire.
Old energy will continue to surface, as you have had myriad lifetimes steeped in it. You are at the level of awareness where you recognize old energy as soon as it makes its appearance, and you have the tools available to acknowledge, accept and ultimately choose to release what no longer serves you. This process is now expedited so you move through cycles much more quickly now. The amount of energy you are receiving is not going to decrease because you are able to handle it. Your physical bodies have changed and will continue to do so as you move into this next phase of your existence.
Change is imminent.
You and your world are always changing. The difference now is that the changes that are happening in this next phase of your life have the potential to be very different from anything you have experienced thus far. They do not have to be, but the potential is there, and you get to choose it.
Your ability to make the conscious choice to embrace the potential of change in this next phase of your life can be life changing in ways that you have not been able to imagine.
It’s all there, and you get to choose.
The final piece to this is the most important. The vibrational energy of the choices you make is what you are manifesting in your life, so choosing from an aspect of Grace serves you well. It not only serves you, but it serves everyone. Every conscious choice you make affects everyone even if it may not be apparent to you. You as an individual, and you as part of the collective are reclaiming the world from a higher vibrational perspective. In doing so you are seeing yourself and everything and everyone else through the eyes of your Divine consciousness self. You are in effect, seeing everyone and everything as new and in doing so, reclaiming your world in and from a higher vibrational timeline. March energy supports you in this new vision.
Embrace this energy. It is what you have been waiting for.

You are beginning a new cycle of your existence, and it is very different from anything you have experienced before.
Your humanness, that part of you that has been led by the ego may try to resist the energy of this cycle but you have chosen to allow your highest self to be your main guide as you continue to ascend your own sacred mountain.
There is energy in the words that you are reading that moves deep within your subconscious awareness where it strikes a chord of awakening, activating an aspect of your God/Source consciousness. Your human self may need to read or hear things many times from many sources before that particular activation occurs. That is because your mind and ego are strong and that strength has served you very well. You are now aware that as you ascend your sacred mountain, you no longer need the protection of your ego nearly as much. That is a freeing awareness, and one that you have been waiting to claim for a long time.
Acceptance is the key that opens the door to the light.
When you are in acceptance of your ego, your body, and where you are in this moment of now, you are opening the door, allowing in the light so that it shines into the deepest and darkest recesses of your inner self and your subconscious awareness. Where there is light, darkness cannot exist because light is active.
When you are in acceptance of every aspect of yourself, it becomes easy to be in acceptance of others, especially those that have challenged you. When you are in acceptance, you are working with and directing light while activating your own cells to produce more light.
When you produce light, you are literally emanating and amplifying it into your energy field. Light is active and illuminates everything in its path, including those around you and your external reality. You are literally a beacon of light and energy.
2024 begins a new cycle spanning the next 10 or so years of your life, and the first few years of this great cycle will be about light: Activating it, remembering how to use it for your highest good, amplifying it into your personal world and the world in general. The active nature of your light will amplify all that has been shoved into the darkest corners of your world. What has been shoved under the rug and into the corners may be shocking to some, yet it has to be brought to the light of awareness so that you no longer repeat the past.
The past is old energy. If you are reading this, you are ready to exist in the energy of Grace, amplifying your light into your world, actively participating in changing how you live life on earth. The next 3-4 years will bring much change in how you perceive yourselves and others and this will affect your medical industry, the military, world leaders, your monetary system, your economy, your climate. It affects every aspect of life as you know it and you are here to play your part.
Earth is resilient, and so are you.
You have literally been compressed by the density of living in a 3D world for many, many lifetimes, and now you are becoming aware of the freedom that is available to you.
That takes getting used to. Be gentle with yourselves, and as you are you are more gentle with others.
2024 energy is exciting, offering myriad opportunities for personal growth. You each expand in your unique way, connecting every more deeply with your unique frequency, and as you do, your frequency connects more palpably to the frequency of others. You have already felt this, and that is only going to grow. Stretching one’s awareness and recognizing just how resilient you are is not always painless, yet growing pains don’t last forever. You are accustomed to growing pains, as the last years have shown you, and in the coming years your growth will be less painful and more fulfilling because you are remembering Who You Are, therefore Who You ALL Are.
2024 offers deeper fulfillment on a personal level, and as you feel this, your sense of acceptance, peace and fulfillment fills your energy field, expanding it broader and wider than ever. You may be a catalyst for others as your energy and light invite them to grow. Your personal growth is part of the growth of humanity, and everyone is evolving at their own rate, based on the choices they made prior to incarnating. Accepting everyone’s level of growth is key to existing in Grace.
Each day is an opportunity for you to choose to exist in Grace and as you do your evolution becomes a conscious choice.
This new cycle of your life brings conscious choice to the forefront of your awareness.
You are an incredibly empowered Being of light and this year is the beginning of the era when you truly know this. It is no longer just an idea, and it is deeper than a belief. It is now something that you know to be true.

Time is an illusion and many of you are recognizing that as true more than ever before, especially if you have changed your clocks back. That action awakened a timed release mini download that is being activated by the solar activity of the sun.
“Timed release” is an interesting term for us to use as time is an illusion, but it gets the point across. You chose to receive this current activation now, as the level of awareness you are experiencing is conducive to what you are now ready for.
Your body may feel off balance, maybe even a little ill. You may feel very tired, and your sleep schedule may be off. You are in the process of detoxing old energy that now acts as poison to your changing body. Be gentle with yourself and listen to your body. Now is the time to recognize that pushing yourself to do something may be an old pattern that your body finds uncomfortable.
Things are changing and you are changing too.
The best thing you can do is to BE, and to go with the flow of your own inner guidance.
Breathe, find peace within, and be in acceptance of all that is changing within and externally of you.
There is always something to be grateful for, and as you settle into peaceful gratitude, in acceptance of where you are right now, the energy shifts.
As it shifts, you might find yourself feeling some emotions as the old energy surfaces.
Accept it as something that you no longer need, and in letting go, you are free.
Trust this process.
Accept this process.
Be present with this process.
