We have offered you many ways to help yourself over the years, and it is up to you to accept them or not. It is always your choice, and no choice is wrong or bad, and that stands for whatever choices you make throughout your existence. This is a loving reminder that everyones’ feelings are valid based not only on how they were raised and how they live in this lifetime, but on myriad other existences where similar patterns and beliefs were prevalent.
Occurrences are not random. Everything that happens has been orchestrated by the collective consciousness in order to move energy. Sometimes drastic things happen so that immense amounts of energy can be moved. The energy we refer to is what you call old energy. It is lower vibrational, deeply ingrained beliefs, patterns and karmic indebtedness that no longer apply to your current level of conscious awareness. You are all on your own individual paths towards awakening to the conscious awareness of who and what you are, and in each now moment, the collective consciousness of all of you is moving closer to a deeper awareness of Oneness.
It is a miraculous and beautiful experience that each of you chose to be here to participate in, and we are here simply to remind you of this. You are so loved by all of us and it matters not whether you heed our invitations, but it does fill us with a sense of fulfillment when you pay attention. So many of you have thought of earth and your existence here as a trial, but it is truly a Masters’ Program. You are all on your way to Mastership, no matter what choices you make. Yes, no matter what choices you make, because everyone is playing a role in order to bring a level of conscious awareness to the tipping point of Oneness, and when that happens you’ll know it because everything changes.
We have been saying this for a while now, and you are well aware that things are always changing. We refer to major life changes for those of you on earth. Things like contact with your star family. Radical acceptance of all humans no matter their color, gender, or cultural background. Radical changes in how you fuel your homes and the way you travel. In fact, how you travel and the way you communicate with each other will change too. These are just a few examples of the changes you all are bringing forth. Deep within your subconscious you are aware of this, because you chose to be on earth during this amazing time.
In early 2024 we spoke of the next cycle of life that spans roughly the next 20 years. The first few years of this cycle have to be about radical change, some upheaval and chaos as things that are no longer valid for you in your evolving state of being surface to be acknowledged, accepted as old energy, and appreciated for what insights and growth they offered you. Those are necessary steps so that as a collective consciousness, you can choose to allow that which is old to clear out of the Akashic records, opening to the flow of higher vibrational energy, the energy of the unknown. As a human, this energy is new to you in every way. As an infinite soul, it is what you know to be true and real. All of the work that you have done up until this moment has been in preparation for what is next.
So we invite you to be very aware of your perception of things: Your thoughts, words and actions; your home life and who you influence and who influences you; your community and your world. One of your more deeply ingrained patterns is to judge yourselves and others for their choices. In choosing to shift your perception, you are in effect choosing to accept others regardless of their beliefs, and something as simple as that has a profound effect on the collective consciousness. Every single person affects the consciousness of All, and this leads to the tipping point that you all chose to be here for.
You all know that what you offer to the universe is what you then receive back. So what are you offering to the universe?
The speed at which things are manifesting in your life is only increasing, while all of the old patterns, beliefs and karmic indebtedness are clearing out of your Akashic records. It absolutely can be challenging if you allow it to be. That is a choice, and some of you thrive on challenges. Each of you plays a role and you are all playing your roles beautifully; each and everyone of you, no matter what role you have chosen. And yes, you are able to change your role any time you wish. You have free will because you are the one who created your existence. You had help, and all of that help started in unconditional love, or Grace. You all exist in Grace. It has never been different nor will it be. What is changing is your perception and perspective of yourselves.
So in this time of great shifts and changes, embrace the unknown, recognize your own ability to consciously choose how you exist in this moment of Now. From our perspective, it is truly wondrous to witness your growth as you move towards Mastership.

What we perceive as a failure is just that: A perception.
It is only a failure because we believe it is. The truth is that it is simply a choice we made and we always have the opportunity to make a different choice.
If that perceived failure is in the past, then our choice might be to make peace with it, or to be at peace with that choice. In choosing to do so, or in choosing to shift our perception, we shift the energy of that choice.
It doesn’t change what occurred, but it does shift the energy of the choice we made within us, shifting our perception of it while re-weaving the karmic energy around it. This is how changes happen, and you are more empowered than ever before to make change happen.

The more you expand into the awareness of Who and what you are, the more your soul offers you in the way of growth.
We say ‘offers you’ because you can always turn down an offer. You cannot offend your own soul because your soul is the epitome of love, and you are your soul embodied. Every time your soul offers you a growth opportunity you make a choice, and no choice is wrong.
When you are in congruence with your own soul, you are in agreement with your highest self to accept the opportunities for growth.
So do you really have a choice?
Yes. You have made the choice to be in alignment with the myriad opportunities that your soul offers you, and the opportunities vary in intensity level.
Prior to incarnation you had an understanding of the direction your life would take in this existence so that you could ultimately be free of programming, patterns, beliefs and karmic energy. You are familiar with fate and destiny, as well as free will. All of this comes into play, and there is a lot of flexibility that each of you built into your “life plan,” including who you would incarnate with and when.
You are the master orchestrator of your own life, and everyone in your life plays an important role. The ones that you love play their important roles, but the ones that challenge you the most, even cause you the most pain and suffering are the ones that play very significant roles.
They are the ones that bring to the forefront of your awareness the programming, patterns, belief and karma that you are in this lifetime to acknowledge and release.
We have offered ways to begin the process of releasing old energy, so we will not repeat it here.
What we wish to clarify here is that you have chosen to be here now in order to change the way you exist including how you interact with each other and the world you live in. It is an act of stepping into the unknown, and you have been doing just that for a number of years now. What is different about now is that you are ready for the next phase of Being Here Now, knowing that right now is where your empowerment is. You are much less concerned about how you were perceived in the past, and less worried about the future because you are in alignment with your soul.
That is the most empowering place to be: In congruence with your soul in the present moment.
Stepping into the unknown requires a level of trust that you now cognize and embody because you truly know that the past cannot be repeated; not in the ways that it has repeated itself over the many lifetimes you have been on earth. You know this and here you are, participating in the grandest game of all, that of awakening to your Divine Source consciousness Self.
Is it all over after this? No. You get to choose where you go from here. You are graduating in grand style, trusting that whatever is next is new and uncharted from a human perspective. This is the exciting part and you are not only a participant, you are a co creator. You and everyone you know are co creating a new existence on a new earth.
We understand that at times it may seem as if there are still too many people who want to revert to old programming and beliefs. We will not tell you that it is not true; it is, yet these people are playing their roles as well. They too are here for the ascension and are here to help others to wake up and recognize opportunities to change, to grow, to heal. Every single person on earth is playing a role that they had a part in choosing prior to incarnating.
This offers you another opportunity to be in acceptance of everyone, knowing in your heart that everyone’s role is important, and that the pendulum has to swing in opposite directions before it begins to settle into balance.
With each swing of the pendulum, lean into trusting your own soul’s guidance. You have come this far, and now is when the fun really begins because you know who and what you are, existing more fully in Grace.
Grace is the ultimate empowerment and it has nothing to do with ego.
Being in congruence with your soul is another way of saying you are courageous.
So take a moment and recognize your courage and your grace.
Recognize everyones’ courage and grace to be here now, changing the face of the earth and how you live on her and among each other. Choose to live in Grace. Every time you make that choice the ripple effect of the energy of that choice reaches out through time and space affecting the energy of every lifetime.
Right now, make the choice to exist in Grace, and no matter where you are, when you read or hear this message, know and trust that your choice is amplified by us through time and space. The amplification of the energy of your choices is something that we do for and with you because we exist in a non physical high vibrational dimension and have no limiting beliefs. We are happy to do this for and with you anytime you choose.
As things are changing so quickly, time is speeding up to accommodate the changes and vice versa. You are able to move through cycles of recognizing, acknowledging, accepting and releasing patterns more expeditiously now, so life can seem at times both hectic and almost stagnant. That is one version of your own emotional and mental pendulum swinging as you create new neural pathways in your brain. Rest when you can, hydrate well and pay attention to your body. Your body is regenerating differently than it used to so please treat it with love and respect.
We honor and love you, and invite you to accept that honor and love.

Movement is happening within you, right now. Your body is doing its thing, and your energy field is adjusting to what your body is doing. Your thoughts control all of it.
We’ll say that again:
Your thoughts control what your body is doing.
What exactly is your body doing? At the atomic level, photons (light) move, displacing what is inert, inactive and therefore no longer necessary as a function of that cell. What we call inert, inactive and no longer necessary are what we have previously called old programming, patterns, karmic entanglements, old beliefs. All of those things take up space energetically, and they are no longer necessary for you to exist. In fact, they hinder your growth, so your body is doing all that it can to remove them.Your thoughts play a significant role because now more than ever, your body responds to your thoughts. It has always responded to your thoughts as it is energy that is an extension of your soul. As your old filters and programming are being acknowledged, accepted by you at the soul level, released and ultimately healed, you are in effect, more consciously connected with the energy that is your physical body. You have been reclaiming your empowerment for a while now through the often intense releasing and integration process that is a requirement of this ascension journey, which enables you to have a more direct connection to the energy that is your body. You knew prior to incarnating that you would be on this particular journey towards freedom in this lifetime, and this freedom is for every lifetime; past, present and future
This journey, the work that you are doing in this lifetime is not for the faint of heart. There are many who have left the physical plane and many more will do so. It does not mean that they could not participate, or that they are unable to ascend.
All are ascending.
Some have chosen to assist from the other side, for myriad reasons. Their choices are also part of your journey in this lifetime, and even in the grief there is growth and change. Deeper awareness occur when there is change.
Your thoughts have progressed just as you have.
Your thoughts now originate most often from your heart, or your conscious awareness of your own soul’s inner guidance. Your ego will always play a role in your life, but that role has changed dramatically for you, and your ego is no longer the prime generator of your thoughts. It will always contribute to your thought process, as that is an important part of your growth.
We have said many times that your thoughts form your words and your actions follow your words. You are now well aware of that truth, and how it has affected your life, the lives of those around you and your own physical body.
Every cell in your body is conscious and is continuously changing. The more you accept your body, thank it and love it, the more you are helping yourself.
You are bringing light to your cells when you connect with your body in acceptance, gratitude, peace, love. This light amplifies the light that is already in your body, actively working to literally vibrate the lower density energy up and out of your cells.
You are an amplifier of light when you are at peace, in gratitude or in acceptance of yourself or another.
You are also communicating with your body at all times. Your body is energy that is vibrating at a lower rate than your awareness, but you are still that energy. So whatever you are telling your body through your thoughts, the food you eat, or how you treat it affects your body at the atomic level.
You have the ability through your empowerment as a Divine Being of Light to change the molecular structure of anything. This is something that many people still do not believe because you have lifetimes of being told otherwise.
This is changing as more of you recognize Who You Are, accepting new truths as old beliefs fall away.
Your thoughts are powerful. They carry electromagnetic energy, and like thoughts meet like thoughts, so each time you are grateful for what you put in or on your body you are changing the molecular structure of that substance by raising its vibration. Your positive thoughts meet and give matter to others’ positive thoughts. This is not new; blessing one’s food has been around for centuries. This is an extension of that, and it applies to everything and everyone.
We invite you to begin to think of your chakras as energy portals because that is what they are. Energy is constantly entering and leaving your body, and each chakra is more than an energy center. Each chakra is actually a doorway that opens and closes according to your will. Your ability to choose how you feel at any moment strengthens your ability to open your chakra portals.
Now, imagine that your chakras are not separate portals, but one very large portal that is a transmitter and receiver of energy. That is You: a very large energetic portal that is constantly, continuously receiving and transmitting vast amounts of energy. Because you are still confined to your physical body, which vibrates at a lower rate than your awareness, you are able to imagine separate chakra portals that open and close according to how you feel, your desire and your will. Any way that you imagine and envision your chakras is correct. Nothing is incorrect or wrong, that too is an old program. Use what works best for you.
May brought an activation of your chakra portals, specifically your heart portal. You may have felt it emotionally, mentally, physically or in all of those ways, as much was transmuted through the very large amounts of intense energy that you have been integrating over the last few months.
Not only is your body responding to your thoughts, but it is responding to the increasing amount of energy that you are receiving. You are becoming less carbon based and more crystalline based, meaning you are becoming lighter, and made of more light. Your cells are holding more light and less dense matter. The dense matter is more carbon based, and that is moving out because it vibrates at a lower rate that crystalline light. The emotions that you feel, as well as the physical aches are the result of the dense energy (matter) that is being shaken loose for you to acknowledge, accept as an old part of you and release.
You are doing this for every lifetime that you have existed as well as for your ancestors. This is the most important lifetime to be here, now.
What does all of this mean for you as a human?
It means that you are no longer who or what you have thought yourself to be for eons.
You are so much more than what your old beliefs tell you, and this truth is settling in at the cognitive level.
You are creating new higher frequency neural pathways that connect you even more deeply with your own body.
It means the end of age old programming that has kept you in fear, and confined to believing that you are powerless and always at the mercy of some other power greater than yourself.
It means freedom.
You are here because you chose to be here.
You are a vital and integral piece of the vast picture, a picture that the human mind cannot conceive of quite yet.
All is well, even though your human mind cannot yet fully comprehend the bigger picture because your soul understands it perfectly and your soul is what is guiding you most often now.
Rejoice in this because in this moment, which is the only moment there is, all is well.
