Every day brings growth, opportunity, and the gifts of deeper self awareness and freedom from lifetimes of old energetic patterns, beliefs, definitions and karmic discord.
Every day is a step up the ladder in your journey through this experience of life in a physical body, and each step up represents your growing ability to sustain a higher vibrational state of Being.
Your state of Being is what creates your experience. You know this now, and as you continue on your journey you are always more aware of the importance of each previous step. You know that the most powerful words that you can speak are “I AM” because those words immediately bring you into the present moment, the only moment there is, and where you are at your most empowered.
Today we offer you another step, another tool to use in order to integrate the energies of August and September. We call this step the 4 A’s: Acknowledge, Accept, Appreciate and Allow. You can use the 4 A’s in any situation or circumstance you find yourself in. As an example, we invite you to bring your awareness into the present moment. State aloud “I am who I am, and it is enough.” It is helpful, but not necessary, to look into a mirror as you say these words. You might notice the impact and power of speaking to yourself in this way. Continue with “I acknowledge myself,” pausing to allow the energy of the words to settle. Follow with “I accept myself exactly as I am.” (Pause) “I appreciate myself, and all that I bring to the world.” Finally, “I allow myself to trust my highest self, and I allow my highest self to guide me.” These words are a guideline, trust that you will know what words to speak to yourself because you will feel the impact of them. Repeat often.
Repeating this exercise reinforces the new neural pathway you are creating in your brain, which is directly connected to your central nervous system. Repetition also moves energy, generating feelings that are ready to be acknowledged and addressed. This will change how you perceive yourself, which changes how you perceive the people and the world around you. Your thoughts, words and actions carry greater impact in the coming months and into the beginning of 2025 because of the work that you have been doing to deepen your awareness of Self.
You are also becoming more aware of your parallel lives. All of existence is in the Now moment, meaning nothing is in the past or in the future. The human brain may not be able to fully comprehend this and that is OK. Your higher mind/self knows this and the more you allow yourself to be guided by the higher mind/self, the less your brain has to work to try to figure it all out. When you look into a mirror and you say “I am in acceptance of myself” (or any of the other 4A’s) imagine that you are looking at yourself in a parallel lifetime in which you are existing in the 5th dimension. You are invited to play with this and observe how you feel, and what you might be able to perceive in that higher vibrational reflection of yourself. These steps are meant to build upon those that we (and many others) have been sharing with you over time.
September brings a change of seasons, which is a perfect time to be aware of what definitions, beliefs and patterns no longer serve your highest and best. You have been able to clear karmic discord for about 10 years now, and each time you choose to acknowledge old energy, recognizing that it no longer serves you, you are clearing the energy within your Akashic Records. This is powerful because that old energy is no longer in your parallel lives. It is no longer in your cellular memory. The old energy no longer has power over you and it no longer festers in your body. You are in effect, purging your Akashic Records, something that you previously have not had the power or ability to do. We understand the life altering implications of this and wish to energetically impart this to you through this transmission. The words you are reading carry energy. When reading this (and other) transmissions they resonate with you or they do not. Trust what you feel as that is your higher self letting you know if something is helpful and meaningful to your growth and evolution.
We say it often, but it truly is an exciting time to be alive on your planet because you are creating great changes that affect everything and everyone. Everyone that is alive on your planet plays a role in the changes that you are here to experience because the changes that you are making would not happen without everyone playing their part. As you accept yourselves and each other, the truth becomes very apparent. Welcome to the new energy, the new earth.

Even though 2023 has only just begun, you are well on your way energetically. You have already moved through some rather intense solar flares, 2 energetic portals, and currently there is a very strong forward momentum that may make it feel as if things are moving very fast. Many things are occurring now that your conscious awareness is recognizing.
The illusion that time is speeding up is only an illusion if you are still thinking of time as something that is a constant. The truth is that you are much more aware of your multidimensionality now. The feeling that time is moving faster is real in that you are existing in all of your timelines at once and your conscious awareness is expanding to recognize this.
You are feeling things very deeply now because your expanding consciousness is responding to experiences in other timelines. You may not remember or have the conscious awareness of an experience in another timeline, but your soul does, and at some level, your heart (and in some cases, even your mind) recognizes the energy of that experience, so you may feel a deep emotional response to a seemingly small trigger.
Your sleep cycles may be disrupted, and you may be dreaming more, or more vividly. This is another aspect of your ever expanding awareness, bringing greater detail of other existences to your consciousness.
It is so fascinating!
There is no slowing down now, and that is exactly how you chose it to be.
As your consciousness and therefore your awareness is expanding, you are also recognizing patterns, beliefs and deep programming that no longer serve you. The intense light and energy that you are receiving vibrates loose the deeply embedded programming that is in your DNA which allows for the re-pairing of your DNA. There is nothing to be fixed; your DNA is being re-paired with your Source consciousness, and in this process, the old programming sloughs off like old skin. Seems simple enough, yet the old programming is deeply ingrained in your cellular memory and in your energy field, and anything that deeply embedded can often be painful to extract.
So you are feeling the effects of lifetimes of societal and cultural programming being shaken loose from the very core of you.
Acceptance of this process and kindness and compassion for yourselves and each other are what will help you the most.
Acceptance is a major aspect of Grace. Without it, you cannot truly heal, you cannot truly be free. Without acceptance you are always judging yourself, and when you are judging yourself you will always come up short. Being human is about being unique and having experiences. If you were all exactly alike, there would be no growth, and it would radically reduce the experiences you would have. You’ve already experienced that as Source. You have been and encompassed All That Is, so you chose to experience being something different.
You are simply finding your way back now. And again, you chose to do this.
The undoing of societal and cultural programming is what you are moving through in earnest now. The old programs are not bad, they are the experiences that you, as individuals and as a collective consciousness have chosen to be free of now. They no longer serve your expanding awareness of Who You Are so you are in the process of undoing them.
There are many who judge them as bad or corrupt, but as you move through this process it is important for you to remember that your perception of everything is what is showing up as your reality. So you can judge old programming is bad, or you can simply be grateful as you move forward, that you are releasing it.
Your vibration is yours to monitor and control. No one else can do that for you, nor would you want them to. Part of the old programming involves the belief that others in your life and in your world dictate how you feel.
Remember that you have superpowers: Your ability to choose how you feel in any moment, and being in the feeling nature of any aspect of Grace: Acceptance, peace, compassion, love, gratitude, joy, etc.
Your superpower changes your life.
Changing your life affects those around you.
That affects your circle of influence.
Your circle of influence is much greater than you know.
That is how you contribute to the shift in consciousness.
February is a month of undoing deep programming. You chose to move through the process of awakening, or enlightenment in this way: Coming to earth as human, and moving through a timeline of awakening, until you leave this physical incarnation. There will always be an integration and healing process for as long as you are in this body, and it does get easier as you continue to awaken, or enlighten. You are receiving light that affects the cellular structure of your body and your DNA, so you are indeed becoming enlightened. The awakening is the process of waking from the amnesia of not remembering Who and What You Are.
The joy and the excitement of it is in the journey, the process of re-membering, so if you are able to recognize that truth, choose to shift your perception from pain and suffering to excitement, gratitude and even joy. It behooves you to do so, and in choosing the higher vibrational feeling, you are inviting those around you to do the same.
That is how you contribute to the enlightenment of the world.

This message is impactful and full of energy. As you read these words or listen to the audio version, you are receiving energy and information that is amplifying and expanding on the energy and information that you receive 24/7.
An important aspect of this message is your state of being as you read or listen to it. It doesn’t matter what the words are. What matters is what you are currently feeling. If you are reading this with a feeling of expectancy, peace, gratitude, empowerment or excitement for example, that is the energy that is being amplified back to you.
Your ability to choose how you feel at any moment is one of your superpowers.
The energy field that surrounds you is a vortex, always expanding and contracting, even changing colors as you move through your day because you are constantly changing how you feel.
You could call this your creative vortex because it affects your external reality as you decide what you are feeling in each moment, creating the environment in which you exist.
We have been helping you create your new template, and it is time to incorporate your creative vortex as you are existing in mostly new and uncharted energetic territory now, ready for this next phase of expanded awareness.
Settling comfortably into your state of Grace, envision your new template all around you. It is fluid, flexible, and supports you in every moment. Now imagine a beautiful energy vortex around you as you expand into the feeling nature of your heart’s desires. You could imagine weaving the feelings of gratitude, love, peace, excitement and empowerment into your energy vortex, letting them spiral outward into the space around you.
You have every experience within you, stored in feeling form because you have experienced everything. Every experience you have ever had exists in some dimension, and what you are doing now is calling forth those experiences by connecting to the feeling nature of them while in the high vibratory state of Grace, You are quite literally raising your vibration to match the vibration of the dimension in which your heart’s desires exist, while giving those desires matter through being in the feeling nature of them, drawing them to you.
Take it a step further and practice gratitude for what you have, right now.
You come into alignment with what you desire by being grateful for what you have, activating your creative vortex from a higher vibration. You have always had a creative vortex, and you have always used it. You are now using it consciously and choosing how and what you are creating not from the ego, but from Divine Grace, your original state of Being.
This changes everything, and it starts with you.
You cannot change others, but you are changing your perception of yourself. This opens and expands your perception of others which creates shifts in your energy vortex. Everyone around you is affected by your energy, so as your perceptions expand beyond constricting old patterns and beliefs, your higher vibration is an invitation to others. Like energy meets and matches like energy.
2023 is a threshold year.
You are on the threshold of uncharted energetic territory. Can you feel the excitement of this? No more stumbling around on crumbling old foundations. Your new templates move with you as they support you. You are more flexible, more in the universal flow. It is exciting and full of potential!
2023 is a beginning and an ending and by the end of the year, you will not believe how much you have changed; personally, and as a collective. 2023 sets the energetic stage for 2024 and beyond.
What you thought you wanted may have changed quite a lot over the last few years. What really changed is You. Practicing being in the feeling nature of acceptance, gratitude, peace and love has awakened your Divine Source awareness. You have been in a time of resurrecting what was dormant within you, and now it is time to reclaim Who You Are, and to witness everyone else as That.
The recognition of yourself and everyone as Source consciousness in human form is what makes all things new: You are perceiving everyone and everything around you through the eyes of Source, seeing everyone and everything in a new way.
This is how you are healing.
What you are healing is the fear of separation from Source.
You know that You are Source.
You can never be separate from that which created you because you are that.
Because you carry every experience within you, and you are existing in every dimension simultaneously, you have myriad experiences to choose from in every moment. You have been choosing experiences in every moment that you have been alive, but now is your time to choose consciously. You are familiar with the term “choose wisely.” Choosing consciously and choosing wisely are the same thing, but the energy of choosing wisely and consciously are very different now because You are different. You are in full awareness of Who You Are, and that is where your choices and decisions originate. In the past there were a lot of choices made from ego. That was exactly as it should have been, and now as an aware, multidimensional being, your choices originate from your divine knowing.
As Source, you had no ego, therefore you could not exist experientially.
As a human with the belief that you are separate from that which created you, you believed that you had to fend for yourself, praying for help and mercy from some higher being.
You are that higher being.
Step over the threshold and into the completely new energy of Grace, potential, and true self awareness. It is time. We welcome you.

You are an empowered Being.
Each time you hear this, read it, and think about it, you integrate more of the energy of the truth in this statement.
The repetition of it serves as a wave of very high vibrational energy that eventually displaces the old belief that you are powerless. Once the old belief is displaced, the new awareness (which is only “new” to your human self) becomes an active part of your Divine Knowing.
As this is happening, there is also an awakening of your Divine Knowing that already knows that you are an empowered Being. The old beliefs have hidden it from your awareness for many, many, lifetimes. This is an aspect of the integration/release process that we often speak of.
As you reclaim your true Divine Nature through deepening into knowing Who You Are, you are actively participating in the alteration of your DNA, you are an active participant in the restructuring of your Akashic Records, and you are consciously choosing which vibratory timeline you desire to reside in.
You are manifesting your new earth; the new earth that you are creating through your high vibrational intentions.
This is a level of freedom and empowerment that you have not experienced in human form.
As you become more comfortable in this new way of Being, you will find that the people, opportunities, and places that you find yourself will be very serendipitous. As you become more aware of your inner senses, you will find yourself surprised and amazed by the sometimes magical synchronicities that occur.
These things have always been occurring. The difference now is you. You are the one who is awakening to how you are changing, and doing so faster and more profoundly than you ever have as a human being.
We invite you to settle into your natural state of Being, which is Grace. Grace is your true energetic vibration, and you can parse it into the feeling natures of gratitude, peace, love, joy, forgiveness, acceptance, awe, and wonder, to name a few aspects of the energy of Grace.
When we say “feeling nature” we speak of bringing the awareness into the body and out of the mind, so that you are able to feel the feelings, not just think about them. Being in the feeling nature of Grace brings you into a heightened awareness of your whole self: Body, mind and spirit, and that raises your vibration. It is from this place that you are best able to integrate the energy of this message.
All of our words, read or heard, carry an energetic vibration that is meant to contribute to and amplify your awakening. Each of you has the choice to awaken, and when you make the decision to do so, messages like the one you are reading, amplify the energy that you are already receiving.
Take a moment and recognize the work that you have done so far.
Close your eyes if you wish, and using your breath, settle more fully into Grace. Imagine the amplification of this very high vibrational energy and light entering through your crown chakra, and allow the tension and tightness to fall away from your mind and body.
Deepening into gratitude for this moment, and the energy that is flowing to you, through you and from you, smile as you feel yourself connect to All That Is.
In this moment, you are receiving and creating exactly what you need in order to choose to shift your vibration and your awareness into a higher vibrational dimension.
You are constantly moving between multiple timelines.
Your ability to choose how you feel in every moment is one of your superpowers. By choosing to be in Grace, or to feel an aspect of grace such as gratitude or joy, you are doing multiple things in multiple dimensions.
You are able to stabilize your human self in a higher vibrational dimension or timeline, and you are emitting the vibration of that timeline/dimension to those around you and to your external reality. You are creating your reality in this higher vibrational timeline. Ie: Creating your new earth.
You are also inviting others to raise their vibration, as like energy meets and matches like energy.
The ripple effect from this is what you call a miracle, with subtle changes occurring at the speed of light within you and in your external reality.
You have within you the akashic memories of all of your lifetimes, and those memories carry the lower vibrational energy imprints of trauma, suffering and death. You have also experienced lifetimes of immeasurable joy, peace, love, a sense of oneness, and the knowing that there is no such thing as death, so you carry those akashic memories as well.
You are awakening to these deeply buried akashic memories of immeasurable joy, peace, love, oneness and the eternal existence of your soul.
This is the freedom that you desire; the freedom to exist as Source consciousness in your human form.
You have All Of It within you.
You get to choose from All Of It what you are feeling and experiencing at any moment.
This is empowerment.
This is sovereignty.
This is your birthright.
The more you awaken to your true nature, the more you are able to experience with your inner senses. Your inner senses are the ones that awaken as you raise your vibration and sustain the higher vibration for longer and longer lengths of time. As with your multidimensionality, many things occur when you do this.
You are lengthening the amount of time you are in higher vibrational timelines, and in doing so, inviting others to do the same just by Being there.
Your inner senses enable you to become aware of colors, sounds, vibrations, light, energy, and even higher vibrational Beings that you are not able to experience with your 5 human senses.
Quite often your camera will capture an image that your eyes cannot. There are many ways to interpret these images and none are wrong, it is simply a matter of trust.
There are many mysteries for you to explore in your human experience. More will show up as you continue to open to your expanding awareness. Some of them will inspire awe and potentially shatter some of your oldest beliefs.
We say this often: This is why you are here, now.
You did not want to miss out on being a part of this event. Those that have left the physical plane are contributing from the spirit realms, and their roles are just as important. We say this because some of you reading or hearing this are missing those that have, from your perspective, left too early. We invite you to settle again into your own heart and feel their presence, and know the truth of their continued existence.
Be at peace knowing that all is well.
In this moment, and in every moment, we are here, and surrounding you with constant love, support, guidance.
We are a part of you and vice versa, as we are All One, from the same Source. You are so loved.
